My Review of Ernie Von Schledorn Ltd:
I bought a 2001 Lexus RX300 with 65,000 miles. The transmission went after 2 months. They did nothing to help me. Their customer service was extremely rude. Even the general manager told me stuff like this happens all the time and he can not help me. It cost me over $4000 and they did not even offer to help. I was even told by a sales manager named George that how does he know if I was doing nuetral drops in the vehicle. This is a all-wheel drive vehicle and that can not be done anyways. He always tried to tell me that american made cars are better than foreign vehicles. I was not concerned with any of this. I just wanted some help because they sold me a bad vehicle. I was not offered a warranty verbally on the vehicle when purchased. I would highly recommend looking at a different GM dealer when buying a new or used car.
The business manager Chris Von Schledorn goes through the paperwork extremely fast without explaining it to you. The general manager Tim Gapp actually tried to sell me another vehicle when I called in to tell him the story. He wanted me to trade in my vehicle once it was fixed.

Lied regarding return policy price. Was quoted 6 to 8 hundred dollars, policy says 5% of sticker price. I do not recommend liars.

salesmans knowledge of the prouct was outstanding. he was very professional and showed us around the dealership, when we picked up our new van it was cleaned and full of gas, he introduced us to the service department..great job and great experience
