My Review of Ertley Kia:
I found Kia Ertley to be a GREAT PLACE . My Husband Bought His Kia In April 2012 from David Wert & Anthony Baio & was Ertremley Pleased with them & With his Kia . I purchased MY own Kia 3 days ago. I purchased it from David Wert & Anthony Baio. They were both wonderful extremely Professional,& I liked them both very mmuch. Both my husband & My Car buying experience were wonderful & Painless due to these gentlemen. ON a Scale of 1to 5 I would give them a 10 they were so excellent . THey were Great & so was Ertley Kia!!!!!!!!!!

My Review of Ertley Kia:
This was by far the best experience I had with a dealer.

My salesperson Dave Wert was excellent. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and fair. He explained everything to me in detail and took a real concern as to my needs, what type of car and price range was right for me.
When picking up my car he went over all its functions so I knew when I left exactly how everything worked.

I felt like I was treated as part of the family.

The business manager Anthony Baio was also polite and courteous and explained all the extra programs that Kia offered.

During the whole process any of the employees I came in contact with were all very polite and genuinely nice people.

I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone and in fact already have. Especially my new friend Dave Wert.

My Review of Ertley Kia:
Our experience was one of the best that we have had. They were upfront and honest throught the whole transaction. We have challenged credit, but they made us feel like we were equal to any high priority sales that may have come along. They were easy to work with and tried to find the best vehicle that fit our budget. The day we were there, they made 4 sales during that time and were short handed, but still made sure that we were taken care of. I woukld definitely refer them to any family and friends and will use them again for our next vehicle. I'm not going to be going anywhere else.

i would absolutely recommend this dealership to my friends, family and anyone looking to buy a car with ease. i worked with dave wert 4 years ago when i bought my kia spectra. he was helpful, considerate and really focused on my needs. unfortunately i was just in a bad car accident and totalled my car and i went back to dave, as i knew he would be able to do something for me. my credit is less than perfect so we did the credit app first to see how much i could get approved for. dave even went so far as to call people involved in the loan process and called me a great friend. he put me in a car that i absolutely love. i have two children so i needed plenty of room in the back seat for two car seats and he took that into consideration. its a great car and he is a great salesperson. 5 stars all around for my experience at Ertley Kia!

My Review of Ertley Kia:
This is the second car I have purchased from Ertley KIA. My first experience, purchasing a new 2011 Sorento (SUV), with the company and specifically with our Sales Associate, Dave Wert, was so great that when I was looking to purchase another car Ertley was my first and only stop. While I was very interested in the Optima, Dave took my concerns about being "low to the ground" after driving an SUV seriously and didn't make me feel like I was being "silly." Instead he understood my concerns and had me look at the Kia Soul, a car I didn't have on my radar, as an option. Despite the fact that this car was at a lesser price point, Dave took my wants and needs into consideration and helped me to make a purchase which made me feel comfortable. I love my new 2012 Soul (and my Sorento!) and highly suggest that anyone interested in purchasing a KIA contact Ertley and specifically Dave Wert. Each experience with him has been great one and I absolutely will be purchasing many cars in the future from Dave!

My Review of Ertley Kia:
Went to Ertley on the recommendation of a friend. I found them to be kind caring and compassionate towards my needs. Going in to buy a new car after a divorce my credit was less than perfect. They made buying extremely easy. Ralph Rogato was extremely knowledgable on all vehicles and Business Manager Anthony Baio worked hard to get me the best possile financing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Fantastic job Ertley!! Nice to see someone cares about the customer as a person and not a commission.
