My Review of EuropeanMotorcars Des Moines:
Service department needs work. I've been here several times for service on my BMW 525i. Once tried to make an service appt. using their online form. No one in the service department got the message. Also, they are not happy about giving you a loaner car, in spite of the fact that some of their customers travel over 100 miles for service. Once they gave me a bombed out Audi A6 Avant with a flat rear tire as a loaner. The next time they gave me the crappiest Land Rover I've ever seen. My son was with me, and his comment upon getting in the Land Rover was "what a piece of junk." It doesn't make a good impression and I will never attempt to buy a car here, because their service is so poor. I live 100 miles north of this dealership, and it's just as easy for me to take my BMW to Minneapolis for service, which I will do in the future. Unfortunately, folks who live in central Iowa don't have any other choice and are screwed.

My Review of EuropeanMotorcars Des Moines:
Arranged purchase of ML350 with trade-in of existing SUV. While waiting for delivery, dealership forced me into reducing trade-in value of my SUV by $500. I have purchased my last Mercedes from that dealership. Service is poor, with poor quality of work.
