My Review of Everhart Nissan:
On Saturday, 11/03, my wife Mary was blatantly conned out of $3,000. in her new car purchase transaction.
She was offered a $1,500 rebate on the purchase. She (we) also were offered a "maintenance" plan, which we clearly stated we did not want.
When we got home, over the weekend, we realized that we had paid far too much. Mary had to go back to the dealership the following week to request a printed copy of our financial arrangement, which Cedric Newton (the only honest person we've met in several visits at this dealership) supplied: A rather hastily printed off list of costs in one column, and the financing details in a 2nd column. On the "statement": List price (!), no rebate, $1,500 for some "maintenance" plan." -- $3,000 AT LEAST that we were robbed of.
Their response: "Tough, she signed the papers." !!!
