Bought a 2020 Ford Explorer in July of 2020 with 3000 miles on it. Sweet talked me over the phone with the internet price. Logan Schmitt was my Salesman (apparently he no longer works there yet I still get "junk" email from him.) On our way to obtain the car I asked if they could put on a tow package(main reason for trading in my car), I was told they were out of stock but the cost would be $550, I said no worries I would get it later. At signing I noticed with my trade and down payment it was what the internet price was, I was confused, they had told me I qualified for 0% interest loan but failed to tell me I negated the online price, but we drove 1 1/2 hours to pick this car up so I went with it. 2 weeks after getting the car I found out it would cost me $2000 to get the tow hitch on my car, because Ford didn't have an aftermarket for the 2020 yet and I would have to replace the bumper, still I let it go. 8 months later with a huge snow, after getting stuck, I find out the car is in fact RWD, not 4WD capable AT ALL. Management told me "it's been 8 months, I could trade it in." and left it at that. SHADY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE POST SALE. They could at least tried to make it right with a great deal on a trade. More
