On Saturday 3-20-10 found a add for a lincoln town car, went there 200 miles round trip to look at the lincoln he had for sale.. I liked the car, had a issue with the seat he explained he would fix the seat. I gave him a down payment signed a contract with him, then I got a call saying, the seat was fixed but they found a problem with the air suspension, and explained he was not going to sell it. I explained I didnt have a problem with the air suspension because I was going to change the air suspension to coil so there wasnt a problem with the car, he said it was dangerious to drive and I explained that was not a problem because I would have the car towed to a repair place to have the suspension changed and still refused to sell the car.. Sounds very shady.. The price for the Lincoln was a very low price I thought almost too good to be true.. He mailed back the down payment with out even a apploigy for waisting my time and my money on gas.
Breach of contract and If I would have been the one who back out, I would not be intitled to my deposit. *Sure looks like someone came in after I did and made a better deal?? Sound about right?? Does sound shady to me... Do you want to trust putting your money with a company that backs out of deals? If not, keep looking.. Rather pay more money then get jerked around!! I wish the I had the other guys referance before I wasted my time and money.
