I anticipated the stereotype high pressure auto dealer visit that most people fear. Instead, I was greeted warmly and was made to feel very comfortable. The deal we made was very fair and I felt very good about it. I left with a new car, knowing that I will feel good about coming back to maintain it.

Steve Trudnos was a superb salesman. He obviously was watching for our arrival as he immediately greeted us upon are arrival actually meeting us outside the showroom doors. He had everything ready and waiting and was extremely patient with me, the customer, as he explained all the functions of the Edge. There are so many technical things to learn and he went over everything (more than once in some cases) as he explained to me how everything worked. He also has made himself available to me by providing me with his phone numbers (including cell) in case I would have any difficulty or need further explanation in the future. He truly is a nice, personable salesman who I trusted and dealing with car salesmen I think that should speak volumes as he represents FORD and the Fair Oaks dealership. I would definitely recommend Fair Oaks Ford and Steve Trudnos to anybody looking to buy a vehicle.

Craig made selecting my vehicle over the internet a pain free expeience. Got me the car I wanted in short order.
Serafin has handled the my test drive and delivery instructions. He has handled any issue I had.
Robert explained the technical side of my vehicle and all questions.
Over the last 20+ years this dealership has been the only place that I need to visit.
Their service department is the best.

I have never had such a pressure-free, enjoyable car buying experience before this visit to Fair Oaks. My salesperson, Paul, was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable of the car I was interested in purchasing. The GM, John even introduced himself and was very personable as were Bob and Jeff. This dealership knows how to treat their customers and makes you feel like part of the dealership "family." Their primary goal is to make sure you are happy, and they will do everything in their power to make that happen. I LOVE my new Escape! I visited Fair Oaks just looking for a new car for work. I had no intentions to buy but after spending nearly the entire afternoon with Jeremy, looking at about 6 different cars and a host of various options for each, we really felt like we'd picked the right dealership. A first rate experience from beginning to end.

My husband and I came to this dealership never having driven a Ford Explorer before. Once we test drove the vehicle and saw all of the amenities it had, we were very interested. Paul greeted us immediately and was extrememly professional and helpful. He answered all of our questions and worked hard to come up with a price that met our needs. We have had our Explorer for five days now and couldn't be happier!

I was very anxious and nervous to buy a new car especially since you hear so many bad things about car dealerships being "pushy" and "overwhelming." But Craig and Robert really supported my decisions, gave me options to feel comfortable with and I walked out with the car of my dreams.

I wanted and Edge with some specific features and FairOaks got my exact list of wants in a timely and FRIENDLY manner. There was no high pressure sales. I truly felt it was about what I wanted and not what they could sell me.
