Truly sorry for your experience, we don't want any of our customers to ever feel as you do after a purchase. We would have liked the opportunity to correct the situation before it got to this point. The inspection report would be with your copies of other paperwork. With out making our management team aware of the situation I don't see how you could post negatively about the situation. A simple call to the sales manager stating you have a concern/problem would have gotten all your questions answered and most likely a satisfactory resolution to your problem. To bash us across several platforms of social media with out speaking to the person that could help, seems like you are hiding something from the story. 1800 miles and the truck needing brakes is extremely unlikely, us not taking a wheel off for the inspection NEVER, accusing us of not following the 172 point inspection and trying to hide the form from you all while we collected your signature on it before giving you a copy of it is simply ridiculous. It seems more possible that either you over worked the brakes with a heavily loaded trailer behind you or maybe a caliper hung up and started other issues. Either way we were upfront and honest with you about the truck, it was serviced by certified GM technicians and we followed the 172 point check list as we always do, and for this you also received an additional 12 months and 12000 miles of warranty to show that we are standing behind the truck that we sold. Sorry for your troubles and good luck.
