My Review of Fairway Ford of Augusta:
Took my Taurus in to have air conditioning fixed, and when I picked it up, the rubber weather stripping on my driver's side rear window was gone! I did not have any repairs needed on that window, so they had no reason to even touch it. When I complained, they said they had no clue what had happened, and I had to take my car back the next day and wait on a replacement piece to arrive from another Ford dealer. Then they offered me a coupon for a free oil change! Needless to say, I get my oil changed elsewhere!

My Review of Fairway Ford of Augusta:
I bought a 2001 used mustang. at the time of the sale i was promised certain repairs to the vehicle to include repairing the seat covers that had some small holes in them and repairs rto the paint that had some dings and scratches. well once i drove the car off the lot i tried to schedule the work to be done and the dealership would tell me they had no openings at the time for those certain repairs but if i wanted to leave the car for a couple weeks they might be able to take care of it...i asked them for a loner car and they told me no way...so buyer beware they will no stand up to their point of sale promises
