My Review of Family Honda:
I purchased my car from Family Honda partially because they were nearby and partially because they offered free oil changes for the life of the car. Recently I was told by the service agent that Family Honda no longer honors the agreement. They told me that it was due to economic reasons that they could no longer honor the agreement, but refused to understand that now the econmic burden was placed on me. After countless arguments and dealing with their condescending attitudes (Dana in particular), they refused to do what they promised to do. However, I was able to finally get the free oil changes by notifying the Better Business Bureau of the situation. I simply cited the problem, and explained that I wanted to get my oil changed per the contract, and Family Honda agreed. I hope this helps other customers get a quicker result from Family Honda. My Review of Family Honda:
When I first bought my civic sedan in april 2008, I was ecstatic! Great salesmen, great car, I was in love with the VIP oil service because I'm really bad at getting my oil changed on time. However, today i just received a letter from them saying they are no longer accepting the VIP oil service. And now, I am very upset. You can't tell someone "this is guaranteed for the lifetime that you own the car" and then no longer accept it. The VIP oil service was a big selling point, because a lot of the other car dealerships I looked at didn't offer anything like that. I used to have a car that had $100 oil changes and was glad to never have to pay for another oil change again.
People need to say what they mean, and mean what they say!

My Review of Family Honda:
The customer service is good but I’ve had very bad experiences with this dealership. It's hard for me to trust anyone there. Most recently, they told me (much like what Staam1 wrote below) that they won't honor their promise of giving me a free oil change. I bought my car here in Nov 06 and the dealer maker for me at Family Honda was the free oil service (i've had good offers from other dealerships as well). They promised me whatever happens, they'll honor their words. It was all bullshit...the new service manager said that the dealership is going out of business and he needs to save the dealership and one way to save is by not offering the promised services.
That conclusion is that they'll do anything...say anything to sell the car to you and as soon as you've paid, they'll turn their backs on you. I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Also, I’ve got to mention a few of my expensive items were stolen from the car while the car was being serviced there….NEVER LEAVE anything EXPENSIVE in your car if you happen to get it serviced there.

My Review of Family Honda:
I bought my 08 civic there on September 08. At the time that I bought the car they promised free oil changes for life, which they named "VIP" service. But after I bought the car they sent me a letter telling me that they decided to cancel this service because it was too expensive for them. Did anyone have a similar experience? I understand that this plan was offered to all of their new car buyers in the past several months, then canceled. I talked to them on the phone, but nothing came out of it. If they cheated more then one customer that way, and we team up, we have a pretty good chance at small claims court. If you have been cheated that way as well and would like to do something about it, please send me an email to staam1@gmail.com.

This has been the best experience Have ever had thanks to the new owners in 2009. I really do love the service and hospitality the workers gave me. Also while I waited there was a batting range and a basketball court. so this place really blew me away. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I raded in my car to them over a month ago and they still have not paid it off! The car is going into collections and they keep telling me they sent it but my bank still has not recieved payment. Honda said they would fax over proof that the payment was sent and they never did!! Also, I am now recieving toll road violations and the vehicle that is not paying the toll is the one I traded to them!! I have now over 150 dollars in toll road fines!! They are drivng around my car without paying for it and I am being screwed!! Do not trust these people!!!

I had the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car including the fact that I currently have outstanding issues and am now being ignored. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FAMILY HONDA!!! Oh, and they have their employees posting ratings so don't be fooled.

My Review of Family Honda:
I chose to go with a Toyota Camry over the Honda Accord because of personal feelings about the layout inside the car. I have to say that I was very torn between the Camry and the Accord. Both drove great, looked great, etc, but it came to the aesthetics inside for me. However, the salesmanship was a little off-putting. Upon my first visit, I started with a salesman who asked me what I was interested in and took me around the lot to find a car that matched my description as closely as possible. I was left at the car to explore it myself while the salesman went to photocopy my license for a test drive. He returned and turned me over to a more senior salesperson. The gentleman was friendly and engaging and enthusiastic about the car. We took the car for a drive and he answered all my questions. When I asked about price and financing, I got soft answers. He wasn't willing to give me a hard price unless I was willing to buy the car that day. When told that I would have to discuss it with the wife and wanted her to see/drive the car, he opened up a little more. He asked to look at my car for a trade in and then disappeared with the keys for a while. When he returned he still would not give me a solid price on anything and really pushed the sign today option. When I did bring the wife back, she enjoyed the car but we had the hard sell again about "what can we do to get you to sign TODAY." Considering the market, we really wanted time to think through our options and we still did not have a price. We were given ranges that were pretty wide. We also were asked if what we wanted was on the lot or would have to be ordered. They were working on the assumption that what we test drove had everything we wanted making that THE car for us.
