My Review of Family Nissan:
I bought a new 2007 Nissan Frontier thru internet sales. Why do dealerships insist on trying to use "stone-age" sales practices, where they'll do anything to try to rip you off. Today's consumers are well informed about what they're buying, the current pricing and know what financing is available. Yet the sales, financing and service departments failed to communicate with each other at this dealership The day before I picked up my new truck the "fleet manager" pulled off the side rails on my new truck and it took 6 days to get the side rails put back on. Why? Some how the internet sales person couldn't get the service manager to call me. The sales area is less than 40 feet from the service manager area. After 3 phone calls from me to them, no less than 3 empty promises of a call back and an e-mail threat to contact Nissan Regional Office about my run around that I got the side rails re-installed. Finance Rep is very abrasive and doesn't like dealing with an educated consumer. Stay away from this dealership
