My Review of Feeny Chrysler Jeep:
I have taken my Jeep Liberty in twice over the last four months for a transmission problem. Although they pulled codes from my engine, they told me they could not repair the vehicle under warranty unless the transmission actually slipped while they were driving it. Since my problem was weather related, (only occurred in fog or when it was snowing) this never happened. When I brought my vehicle in immediately after an occurrence, they still claimed they could not find the problem. After keeping it a day and a half, they 'discovered' a service bulletin describing the problem I was having. Turns out it was a wiring issue. Seems the wires get wet and corrode causing the transmission to slip. They then informed me that they needed to check all the wiring in the car for corrosion and this could take some time. In the meantime, I am renting a vehicle which is getting very expensive. After talking to Chrysler, I found out that this is not an issue covered by the power train warranty since it is a wiring issue even though it affects the transmission. I then removed my car from the dealership and took it to a private garage. They obtained the same service bulletin issued by Chrysler and it turns out it also lists the recommended repairs. Why my car was not repaired according to the manufacturers recommendation is beyond me. If I had left it at Feeny, I would probably be paying for a rental car for a few more days on top of the repairs, had they ever gotten around to making any. I would not take my car back there for air in my tires.
As I write this, my car is being repaired elsewhere. Turns out it only takes 2 hours
and about $300. Chrysler will not reimburse me for anything since it was not repaired at a dealership. I will never buy another Chrysler product. They won't stand behind their manufacturing defects.

My Review of Feeny Chrysler Jeep:
My vehicle was in for an exhaust rattle, and ashtray issue. They charged me 311.95 for the ashtray repair and emptied the ashtray on the passenger seat and left it. The exhaust rattle was caused by the catylitic converters which i found out are under warranty but charged me 102.00 to put 4 washers on a cross member to try and make the rattle go away. I left the dealer very unhappy and the noise was still there..
I called back and they told me the noise is my problem and will not cover the catlitic converters under warranty and will not credit me for the work that did not fix the problem. The service Manager John Parsons was very unreasonable and unprofessional person. Kept talking over me and telling me I dont know what Im talking about. I would never recomend this dealer to anyone..

My Review of Feeny Chrysler Jeep:
I had a coupon for an oil change from when I purchased my Jeep Compass from them. They refused to honor the physical coupon, would not give it back, and were extremely rude. After purchasing three cars from here, I will NEVER do business with them again. They lost my business for a $30 oil change.

My Review of Feeny Chrysler Jeep:
Bought a 2005 grand caravan mini-van with 50,000 miles on it in April 2008. Four weeks later, the van wouldn't start. We had to get it towed and got stuck with the "maintenance" repair bill even though we had a 3000mi/ 3 month warranty on it. Complained to Feeney and son and got nothing. No answers, except...(something like) You know it's a used car. I say, "It's a lemon". They were quick to take the money, turned their backs when it was time to resolve an issue. Would definitely not recommend. Buyer beware!!!

My Review of Feeny Chrysler Jeep:
I have been using Feeny for six years after purchasing my T&C at that location. I always have friendly service and Randy in service called me personally several times when my car was in the shop to explain things and ask questions.

I have asked for things to be looked at which were not addressed, but I didn't write them up, so I was not disappointed that they were forgotten.

I really liked the service and everyone is nice. No games when purchasing my vehicle, either.
