I first met Cory when I was a new widow a couple of years ago. Never having to bring a car into the dealer before, he was very understanding and helpful. in my opinion this dealership over promised under delivered.in my own opinion is the worse experience
i ever had regarding my trades and my lease for the last 25 years of driving ,im not happy and im not satisfied with my lease deal,
the c 300 is to small for the needs of my family espacially with car seats ,not a practical car and i think its over priced for what we get.
we und up in a huge negative equity and in the hole for next 48 months. i we are going to maple wood mercedes because they willing to deliver better customer service and better deal and find our needs .

We were treated as if we could have been coming in to purchase a $50,000 vehicle; when in fact we were there for a used one. The business manager and salesperson made us feel like valued customers.

Cory was very attentive and explained the mechanical issues my vehicle was having clearly and concisely. Service was prompt and attentive, including follow-up phone calls. The level of friendliness and lack of haughty attitude at Feldmann sets it apart from other dealerships. I have no reason to go anywhere else.

Greg Clark is best in class assuming you simply want someone to serve you, follow up in a timely manner and do what they say are going to do. This seems to best a lost art today so it is very refreshing to do business with someone like Greg Clark. I highly recommend Greg!!

Almost everything was wonderful. But.... I had to wait over an hour for a shuttle van. What's up with REELZ Channel in the lounge TV? There was a consensus of the customers in the lounge that we wanted to watch something different, but were told that the channel could not be changed. Seriously? Your customers are intelligent people who would like to see/hear something of substance while we wait.

I have leased twice back to back from Feldmann and both times I was dealing with Greg. He was very professional and thorough in his approach and he helped me make the right decision. Whatever I wanted to know, he provided me with the best professional advise. The other staff members I dealt with at Feldmann are also very good. I would any day recommend Feldmann to my friends and recommend Greg in particular. Overall great experience.
