My Review of Fergus:
I am not sure which was worse.... my expierience buying my used pathfinder from them or when I went back for service... During the purchase process of buying my 2 year old (at the time) 96 pathfinder, I took it to another auto shop to get it checked out. They other shop put in writing that the front shocks were bad and would have to be changed within 6 months. Fergus Nissan denied it and claimed the other shop was wrong. I took the car to a second auto shop who confirmed the shocks would need to be changed in 6 months in writing. Fergus then claimed that both other shops were wrong. When I decided to walk away from the sale, Fergus suddenly agreed to repair them. About a year later I was in for some work when Fergus put a large hole in the cover on the spare tire on the back of the truck. At first Fergus claimed that it must have already been there. When showed that the material on the inside of the fresh tear was bright white, they conceded it was probably new but then informed me that they are not responsible for incidental damange they cause. Apparently the estimate that I signed released them from any liability for what they did to my car.<br><br>I have had two Nissan cars and love them, I have worked with numerous nissan dealers and shops and have never been to any that will smile, call you sir and go to such levels to lie and cheat.<br><br>Bottom line, go somewhere else... There are a few other Nissan dealers in the area and it is worth the drive to go somewhere else.....
