Rude Service I arrived for my appointment a few minutes late the service rep was rude saying I was late and that he didn’t think they could help me. I replied sayi I arrived for my appointment a few minutes late the service rep was rude saying I was late and that he didn’t think they could help me. I replied saying I was less than ten minutes late. I confirmed they were doing an oil change and also confirmed that my car would be washed and vacuumed since I requested it when I made my appointment Jamie said it would. I left my car at 11:40 and my car was picked up around 3:30. The car was washed on the outside but not vacuumed inside I immediately messaged the service rep and he didn’t respond. Also my car is still saying it needs an oil change. Finally when I got the message for the survey Jamie reached out to make sure my service was good and I told him no that I had text him after I picked up my car to say they didn’t vacuum it and that my car was still saying it needed and oil change and he never replied. He only contacted me back cause he wanted a good review. Try providing good service and then I will give you a good rating. More

Oil change and time My appointment was at 11 for an oil change and did not get out of there till 1:30 absolutely bull ridiculous. Then I had a coupon for 21.95 with the dealerships information in the coupon was told oh we don’t don that oil change anymore. So I had to wit over 2 hours for a dm oil change and pay double the price. I have told several people not to go there and in the process of contacting channel 8 news More
