I had a wonderful experience buying my new car. All of the people I came in contact with during the purchasing of my new car where incredible to work with down to Hugo the detail manager. This was the first Ferrari I have ever purchased from SF Ferrari but it certainly will not be my last. 5 Stars all the way around!! Great team of employees

My Review Of Ferrari Maserati of San Francisco:

I expect the cars made by Ferrari to deliver a world class experience... and they do. What I didn't expect was to have a world class experience with the San Francisco Ferrari dealership... but I did. I've bought and sold many high end cars over my life time and I've learned to tolerate mediocrity in many of the dealerships where I've done these transactions. Much to my delight and surprise, Mark Paddock and James Chou are true professionals with incredible integrity. I now have a new benchmark in what an experience in the dealership should be!

I was referred to Ferrari Maserati of San Francisco by a friend, as I was looking to purchase a used Maserati. I was warmly greeted by Kelly Lowry when I arrived. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and not overbearing as some car sales people can be. She answered all of my questions and even brought up some additional things that I hadn't thought of regarding the vehicle I was exploring.

While I did not purchase a vehicle that day, I will certainly return.

My Review Of Ferrari Maserati of San Francisco:

My experience with Ferrari/Maserati of San Francisco was a very rewarding and overall positive experience. The dealer was available to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle and was quick to respond to my inquiries on price and my negotiations related to price flexibility, availability of the vehicle and options available for completing the sale on an out of state purchase. It was advantageous to go with Maserati/Ferrari of San Francisco because of the knowledgeable staff who provided me with the resources needed, although I was remote.

I was able to negotiate price and was provided with a fair price for my purchase; I received the car after it was transported from the west coast to east and I am happy with my purchase.

Thanks to Kelly Lowry and Tom McAfee, the sales process for out of state purchases has never been easier. I have bought multiple cars from multiple locations and this was by far the easiest transaction because of the skills this team has in making sure that the process is seamless and centralized.

My Review Of Ferrari Maserati of San Francisco:

Ferrari and Maserati of San Francisco is a great dealership! I have only good things to say about James Todd and Mark Paddack. Initially I came into the dealership around April to look at the Maserati Granturismo S. I was expecting the employees at this dealership to be stuffy and look down upon me because of my young age. It was nice that I was treated with the utmost respect.

James showed me a slick looking 2011 GTS and took me for a test drive around Sausalito. Unfortunately I didn't purchase the car for the worry of it not making it up my driveway. I was glad that both James and Mark were understanding of the issue and did not pester me about it.

About 4-5 months later I saw a used 2010 GTS on their website and came into the dealership to look at it. James again took me for a test drive and I ended up buying the Maserati. James was there every step of the way emailing and calling me in regards to my questions and requests. Mark was also able to throw in 2 new rear tires along with a 3 year Certified preowned warranty on top of the remaining 2 years of the original warranty.

Although there were better deals on eBay and Craigslist, I would much rather work with a local dealership and have that piece of mind.

About a month and a half after I bought the Maserati I received a check engine light. I emailed James and he provided me with the information to the service center in San Rafael. I called the service center and my name, car model and VIN was already in their system - so that was nice. I brought the car for them to look at and within 15 minutes, they had one of their technicians plug in the debugger to find out what the root of the issue was. Turns out it was only a loose gas cap (which was weird because I didn't get gas for the past 3 weeks). Luckily it was a quick fix and I wasn't charged anything.

I love the kind staff, the smooth sales process and understanding that they have at both Ferrari and Maserati of San Francisco and their service center in San Rafael. Can't wait to purchase my Ferrari from them!

My Review Of Ferrari Maserati of San Francisco:

James Chou and Tom McAfee were informative and helpful through my special order process for my dream car. Both of them, along with Mark Paddack (the Sales Director) recommended options that would fit the mission of the car, and steered me away from potentially disastrous combinations I'd regret later. Then, they kept me abreast of the order status of the car as it was being built, and e-mailed me often while it was in transit.

As it happened, it arrived earlier than anticipated -- and the delivery date was set on the day of a "Ferrari Driving Experience" event, organized by Ferrari of San Francisco.

Imagine being surrounded by snarling red Ferraris at the racetrack, driving them around at speed, under the watchful and professional eyes of their instructors, then concluding the day by picking up your own specially ordered Ferrari. What a fantastic day! Thanks to the FoSF team for making it happen.

James and Tom are part of a great team at FoSF. They are unambigious, know their products well, and have a passion for the Cavallino Rampante. You've got a very happy customer here!
