My Review Of Fidelity Motor Group:

High quality and professional dealership, with a staff that truly care about your experience when entering their dealership. My sales person Kyle was outstanding and extremely attentive and helpful during the decision-making process regarding what car to purchase. He was knowledgeable about the (3) different makes and models of the cars I was interested in and made my purchase a pleasant experience.

This is absolutely a dealership that I will not hesitate in recommending to friends and colleagues.

My Review Of Fidelity Motor Group:

I spent a lot of time researching the right dealership to purchase my used Infiniti QX56, I did extensive research on the Car and Carfax before I called. Al was very upfront and honest about the history of the vehicle and the condition that the car was in. Overall the car was in great shape, being a used car it had some minor wear and tear that he gladly shared with me over the phone before me and my family test drove it.

When we arrived Al was great, he quickly showed me all the cosmetic touch ups and assured me if I purchased the vehicle, he would make it look brand new. Al shared their inspection report with me and I requested it get a full inspection at a licensed Infiniti dealer, Al thought that was a great idea for my peace of mind. The Infiniti report and Fidelity's report were a mirror copy, which I was both surprised and very pleased about!

We agreed upon a great price and the final inspection went great, found a few more small touch ups that I did not notice the first time and they gladly scrambled to get all my needs met so I drove off the lot with an exceptional car. Kyle another salesman who had extensive Infiniti knowledge sat and programmed the car with me and my wife for 30 minutes! Kyle was not our sales guy, just wanted to help out!

Brandon who handled the managing of getting the touch ups done was always in contact with updates and even picked us up at the train when we purchased the car. Overall these guys were top notch and went above and beyond, I felt like I was buying a car from my own family. I think every company will have some bad reviews, as everyone has a different experience but I did not experience anything like the negative reviews on this site. If I run into any issues, I will post back, but given the level of service I received, I don’t expect any!

Brandon, Rich, Barry and Don were outstanding. Great place to buy a car. Brandon went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. When issues came up with the vehicle, Don was quick to fix the problem and not make excuses. I would go back to this dealership for Don's customer service alone. Barry and Rich made the act of buying the car a breeze and made me feel good about the process. My next car better be at Fidelity cause thats where I will be buying it.

My Review Of Fidelity Motor Group:

Pretty good experience. I've been sitting here at my computer now for an hour reading all of these bad reviews and I have to be honest, I'm seriously hoping I wasn't scammed. I've only had the truck a day now, and I knew before I bought it, right after the initial test drive, that it was going to need a little bit of work, but nothing too major. Alignment for sure, and the tires are going to need to be replaced soon. I inspected them myself before ever even getting into the vehicle, and I mentioned it to Will also. But whatever, I can get new tires, I decided to buy the truck anyway. Didn't realize until driving home that the front passenger side window doesn't roll down. Bummer. I can get that fixed easily enough also, but I wish they might have told me.

I'm looking over my bill of sale and I'm searching but I seriously don't see this $650 inspection fee that everyone on here is talking about. I had a trade-in also that I was upside down on, and they gave me exactly what I asked them for it which was nice. I didn't expect that from any car dealership.

Barry said they will waive my $200 fee for any warranty work I have done at their shop. So that's nice too.

I did not get a full tank of gas with the truck, and when I was almost about to drive away with the new vehicle Barry came running out and said he had just found a second key for it and gave it to me which I was very gracious for as it had not even occurred to me that I didn't get one. Come to find out later that the second key is worthless and does nothing because only one side of the key it cut! However, I'm inclined to believe that they did not realize that, and that the second "key" came with the vehicle when they acquired it. Also no owner's manual.

Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I did run my own independent Carfax and it came back clear: one owner, clear title, no accidents. That much is true.

We will see how this plays out. I did end up financing much more money than I wanted to, what with being slightly upside down with my trade-in, plus I purchased the Bronze extended warranty from Barry (it should be noted that he did not trick me into getting anything, I am a smart guy and I knew what I was paying for). However, he got me a great rate from the bank and my monthly payments will be much lower than I was even hoping for which is great! Even if I am paying more over the long term.

All the people I dealt with were very friendly, which I always appreciate. And yes, I am aware that car salesmen are paid to be friendly and charismatic, but then again, I work in a restaurant, and I am basically paid to do the same thing too. There's never any REAL way to tell if people are being genuine or not, you just have to go with your gut, and mine felt fine through this process.

Overall, I have to say it was a pretty good buying experience, in spite of the small things.

My Review Of Fidelity Motor Group:

I am a week into enjoying my new Ford Edge I purchased from Fidelity Motor Group (FMG) and I couldn't be happier with the car or my experience! I have had my other vehicle serviced at FMG (shout out to Don who does OUTSTANDING work!) and was looking forward to the day that I could buy my next vehicle and was hoping it could be through them. To find out that they also deal in cars that aren't always luxury was a great surprise, as well as to find they have great selection of vehicles on the lot! While going through the financing of the SUV, Barry realized that he had made a mistake. Jason (owner) came out to personally see if he could do anything to make the sale work and he did! I found it very refreshing to see an owner actually take time out of his day to see to one of his customers and actually make the sale work for BOTH parties involved! My sales rep Brad was very knowledgeable in Fords having sold them for several years which was great to hear. He told me a few of the Ford secrets he'd learned through the years, and I can say they have been very helpful! I'm telling you, if you are looking to buy a car, new or used and you don't go to FMG to at least look you are making a HUGE mistake! GO NOW! Best service and best sales dept I've ever dealt with!

Don was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting me in and out in a timely manner. Plus, he was very accomodating with getting a courtesy car which is very helpful when I live 30 minutes away from the dealership. When I purchased the vehicle last year it did not have the owners manual and navigation disc. I mentined it and Brandon had gotten me the navigation disc before I had left. when I picked up my vehicle the owners manual was sitting on the passenger seat. What a Nice Surprise! Thank so much!

Mr. Gutowski and Fidelity made my purchase reality easy. I appreciate their professionalism and honesty. I had never purchase a car over the internet - site - unseen - but the auto was exactly as described. Will went over and above and beyond to keep to posted on the status and his responsiveness approx. 3 weeks earlier before my purchase is what help me be drawn to this dealership. I has sent out several inquires to internet dealership on similiar autos and Mr. Gutowski was the ONLY one that followed -up and shared information about my purchased that I was considering... As soon as I got out of my car and the dealer seen me looking around the lot, he ask if he could help me. After I told him what I wanted to see he progressed right through my process of reviewing the truck. The one thing I enjoyed from this salesman is the flow and speed that I wanted to move to, and when he seen me needing some time, he excused himself. I really think I got a good price for the truck I purchased, and a fair price price for my trade in. I would defiantly refer this dealership, and defiantly this salesman. Thank you Fidelity for a great service.

My Review Of Fidelity Motor Group:

I had a very good experience working with Fidelity Motor Group. My purchase was not a trade-in and FMR graciously helped me get 2 cars home. They were efficient in completing all paper work.

In addtion, per my request, the dealer preparation fee was subtracted from the price. I would recommend FMG.
