My Review of Field Auto City:
If GM only knew how this dealership represented them they would refuse a license to Field Auto City. They puport to be customer service friendly, yet when an issue arises that ability to assist flies out the window. Multiple excuses are made. The ball gets dropped at every turn (their words!) and still the customer is not satisfied. I have now waited over two months for a refund on some service work. The refund was approved by GM yet the dealership has not refunded the money. As stated, mutiple excuses have been made, but when all is said and done, they have the money and I am left waiting to see when it will be refunded back.
