My Review of Fields Infiniti/Volvo of Lake County:
I am very unhappy. My 2001 C70 convertible with 49000 miles has trouble starting for several months. They can't fix it; they don't offer loaners as advertised; they are sullen and do not move a little finger to ask to help. No one is friendly or act like they recognize you from one day to the next. No, "Hi, Mrs. S, how are you today? I am sorry you are having trouble. Tell me what I can do for you." Just sullen looks, chaos, and don't let the door hit you as you leave!
They also charge me for warranty work.

My Review of Fields Infiniti/Volvo of Lake County:
I do not recommend wasting your time here. You will have poor service, poor response and an overall bad experience. There hasn't been a time thus far where I have brought my car in and it has been fixed. If it was fixed I left there with another problem. They were unwilling to "do what it takes" in order to keep a customer. After purchasing my car within 48 hours I had a flat tire, check engine light went on, and brake light went on. They did not even provide me with a clean car when purchasing it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
