My Review of Fiore Toyota Scion Volkswagen Audi:
We had been looking for a vehicle for our daughter for awhile, she was down to two choices. Jack made the experience personale. We don't care how many cup holders the vehicle has, how the glove compartment opens etc. We do care about safety, side curtains,crash and rollover ratings. Jack made the best selling point of all, to compare vehicles from previous years what their resale would be and the KKB value. That sold our daughter on the research, plus they had the color she wanted in stock. I highly recommend Jack from Fiore Toyota

My Review of Fiore Toyota Scion Volkswagen Audi:
Not my first time at the rodeo with Fiore Toyota :)
After moving to the area in 2002 we started with Service with my old 4-Runner, always dealt with Missy, she is a sweetheart.

Then came time for a new vehicle and dealt with Mart Vermillion in Sales, had a great easy going experience purchasing our new Rav-4 which was nice, but I missed my larger 4-Runner so 2 1/2 years later again dealing with Mark traded the Rav-4 for another 4-Runner. Again, Mark was great to deal with and the new 4-Runner is beyond my old one.

I had a question on Mark's day off, being type "A" personality, impatient as all get outs... I wanted an answer now and John (not my sales person) was more than willing, able and happy to answer my question... can you imagine, not being his customer!

Everyone at Fiore Toyota (Sales, Serice and even Parts dept) are just wonderful!

My Review of Fiore Toyota Scion Volkswagen Audi:
I bought a Toyota Avalon in 2005. I have used Fiore's service for the time that I owned the car. The sales at that time and the continuous service (Missy and Harold are awesome) have been so awesome,it was easy to chose where I would buy my next car.

We recently bought a new Highlander and a used truck. Bill and Dylan did a fabulous job taking care of us. Thanks so much! I would reccommend them 100%!!!

My Review of Fiore Toyota Scion Volkswagen Audi:
My husband and I were JUST LOOKING at cars for the day to visit our options: new vs. used vehicles. Mark showed us vehicles both used and new. We didn't think a new car was an option but were, again, JUST LOOKING. He showed us a new Toyota and told us of the warranty availability. He was factual, which we liked, and not pushey, which we would have left. He was kind and friendly. Our bottom line was a monthly payment and it was not high. Well, we looked no further. We bought on the spot. He got everything ready for us and showed us the financing options. TO MY SUPRISE, WHEN I WENT OUT TO DRIVE AWAY MY BRAND NEW CAR....HE EVEN HAD A BIG RED BOW ON IT. NOT THAT IS SERVICE. I was so excited. Again, we were not in the purchase mode; we were only reviewing options. We came home with the new car. HE EVEN SET UP MY PHONE with the car and showed me around the different options so was comfortable with where everything is. What a nice man!! We not only will recommend him as a salesman, but also took several cards to hand out to our friends. This is the first Toyota I have owned. Sincerely, Deb Pecka

John was very friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable. He was not "high pressure" regarding making a sale. We test drove the VW EOS, and John worked with us to attain the best value for each of our trade in vehicles, ending in an acceptable price for the car. We would highly recommend working with this sales person if considering purchase of a vehicle.

My Review of Fiore Toyota Scion Volkswagen Audi:
Right from the start Fiore was great. Our sales person John K. explained that they don't waste time haggling over deals--we test drove a car, they examined our trade and presented a deal. Fiore was the first stop on our car-buying trip and could have been our last, but we wanted to do our due diligence on other brands.
Bottom line: for overall quality and value, we couldn't beat the Rav4. The 5 yr zero percent financing, coupled with the 2 yr free maintenance is impossible to beat.
John worked to find us exactly the car we wanted. He is clearly knowledgable about the products he sells and provided us supporting comparison information. He was great to work with.
When we returned to Fiore to close the deal Dylan walked us through the basic features of the car. Tom walked us through all the paper work and financials--he was organized, well spoken, no pressure. The process was efficient and quick.
Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. I'd definitely recommend Fiore Toyota to family and friends.
