Mark and the team at Fiores were great to work with. When we first went in we were looking at the Rav4 XLE, then we decided to get the limited. Mark did everything he could to find us the color we wanted with the interior and features we wanted. We looked at a few different options and Mark was very friendly and kept us informed on the status along the way. Mark was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer all questions we had. We would use this dealership and Mark to purchase another vehicle in the future. It was a very pleasant experience we did not feel any pressure to buy; everyone in the office was very friendly.

Mark was informative, friendly, and we appreciated that he did not pressure us to make a quick decision. He answered all questions honestly and helped us compare a couple of the same model that we were interested in. He pointed out a small nick in the windshield and when we decided to purchase this particular car, he arranged to order a replacement windshield. This is the only time we have purchased the first car we've tried and although it was late, Mark had the car cleaned up and stayed a little late to complete the paperwork and show us where the lights were, etc., before we drove the 45-minute drive home in the dark!

My wife and I made two trips to Fiore VW from State College and were met the first time by salesman Bill Hughes. We explained our needs for an efficient, roomy vehicle and Bill led us quickly to the VW Passat. He went over the features, gave us literature and made an appointment for us to take a test drive. (We could not do it the first visit because of our personal schedule). We returned on Thursday, May 2 and Bill had three differnt VW Passat diesels on the lot for us to look at. We test drove a more fully loaded one than we thought we would want but really liked the car. Bill sat down with us and the deal was concluded quickly and fairly.

We were quite impressed by Fiore VW's lifetime warranty on the drivetrain, the overall fit and finish of the car and the driving ease of the diesel Passat. The navigation system, heated seats, dashboard displays and the moonroof as well as the upholstery are real pluses for this car. We would certainly recommend this dealership and salesman Bill Hughes for a pleasant and informative, friendly sales experience.

i brought my car in for inspection and it failed because i needed tires, so when i got a quote from fiores it was very high so i told him i wanted to check (i'm retired livimg on a fixed income and working part time to make ends meet)so i payed for my inspection and found tires much cheaper than the price quoted. I took my car back to get my sticker and found out i had to pay again, now i took a picture with my cell phone of the sign on the wall that says if you get the work done bring your car back and there will be no charge, but when i took my car back i was charged a second time and when i asked Harold he said it was because my tires weren't bought there. is that the way you run your service department buy only here and you don't have to pay for your inspection? .I was warned not to go to Fiores because they have a racket going on ,but no i went inspite of myself thinking because i deal with Fiores GMC that it would be fine. You need to change the wording on you poster to say second inspection free only if you get your work done here. I have had many cars and when they didn't pass got work done when back to the station that inspected it they saw the work was done and put sticker on i did not have to pay twice.I'm still upset about this since april 24th when i had to pay again that i told everybody i work with all my twitter and facebook friends about this. And now to get to the only reason i bought my Scion there was because of Rich Slep because i trusted him ,but when it comes time to trade up i will be going to State College to buy my Toyota .

positive sales experience with Dylan. He was very patient and did not hesitate to show me different style of the vehicle. I never felt rushed into choosing one vehicle over another based on price or options. I was given ample time to choose what was best tailored for my needs. Better yet my husband was also pleased with my choice and courtesy we recieved.

I do not like to shop for new cars because I don't like negotiating or bull crap. I found Bill Hughes to be an extremely knowledgable and friendly salesperson. I knew basically the type of car I was looking for. Toyota Rav4 was one of four I had researched. I really think Bill played a huge role in not only why I decided on a Toyota Rav4, but why I bought it at Fiore's. He was extremely helpful and accommodating but not the slightest bit pushy, and I liked that. It was my first time dealing with this particular dealership and I will continue to do so.

the test drive with Mark sold my daughter and me on both the Rav4 and the dealership. We had visited 4 others and Mark was the most respectful to us and most knowledgeable about the vehicle we were in. Everyone in the dealership was professional and friendly and made me feel like they cared about me personally.

I purchased a new Toyota Tundra from Mike Dryzal after considering several other makes.
