1st Nissan has the most amazing staff. Kim, Matthew and John were the nicest, friendliest guys ever. They were so helpful and supportive while trying to find a great car for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I left very happy with my new car. Everyone should give them a try!

My Review of First Nissan:
I can honestly say, I had the best experience with leasing my new Nissan Altima working with Kim Ewing and his staff. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and I appreciated the whole experience very much. I have never received, from a car dealership, such exceptional treatment. I was shown around and introduced to those I will be communicating with whenever needed (questions, oil changes, etc). I was shown everything about my new car to every detail and I have to say I LOVE THIS CAR!! I highly recommend this dealership and will be back when I'm ready for a new one!

I would definitely recommend seeing Ron if your interested in purchasing a vehicle. He is a straight shooter, honest and an over all good guy. You should feel confident that he will give you the best deal he can give.

My Review of First Nissan:
As most people know going to buy or even just shop around for a car can be a real pain because dealing with a car salesman have a bad reputation. It's as if they can smell you coming and like sharks they swarm around you which causes pressure and stress. My husband recently had an accident and our car was totaled, that was stressful enough but now we had the unpleasant task of having to TRY to find a car that we could afford without feeling pressured from the "Salesman". When we arrived at the dealership we sat in the car for a few moments to discuss our strategy and were planning on playing "good cop, bad cop". As soon as we got out of the car we were greeted by a gentleman named Joe, already he had a very pleasant demeanor. He was patient as we explained what we were looking for and didn't pressure us AT ALL! We explained we were strapped financially and he never tried to push us into a car we couldn't afford. He made sure he didn't tell us that if he couldn't give us an answer to our question he would find out and not tell us something just to make it sound better. He made us feel as though we were doing business with a friend who truly cared about our situation and was trying to do everything he could to meet our needs. I really hope you can realize and appreciate the type of employee you have. If all of your customers are treated the way we were you will not just be selling cars but you will be building relationships which is very important if you want repeat customers or referrala. We will definitley be referring our friends and family, not just to your dealership but to Joe specifically. Thank you so much for making a bad situation into a very pleasant one. Thank you also to Joon for his help in this matter, he too was very pleasant and friendly. I believe having good employees says alot about the manager and you deserve a lot of credit Kim for making sure you have people who care enough to listen and help instead of just trying to sell cars and make a buck. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough to say but since there are no other words, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!! - Martha Valencia

My Review of First Nissan:
The salesman, Bill was very nice and a very smart man. He helped us select which car was for us very quickly and without too much pressure. He did not have a very good knowledge of the inventory they had and only showed us a few cars out of their whole inventory. Of course he tried to land us on the most expensive model they had. When we got into the finance part of the deal is when we met our good "friend" Joe. He was a classic car salesman. He was trying to find as many ways to rip us off as possible. It was after 7 at night and the bank was closed but MAGICALLY he told us that we were turned down by nissans bank, of course he tried to sell us on a used car (more profit in used for them). We went along to make them feel like they were getting somewhere. He was rude, arrogant, and worst of all reached out and touched me (took a bleach shower to get the slime off). Don't go to this place unless you want to be ripped off while they have a smile on their faces.

everyone was great there even though i had bad credit they did everything they could until they got me in a car they were very helpful they were very patient with helping me find exactly what i wanted and the main thing is that they werent pushy if they had been i would have walked out and went some where else

My Review of First Nissan:
I went internet shopping for the first time .I purchase a new vehicle approx every 2 years.This dealer gave me the lowest price( lower than I expected) and did not try any last minute games to increase the price.They have followed up there sales promise with exceptional service and delivery the goods every time I ask. Do to the exceptional manufaturing they have only needed to do maintance work so far,however it is done right the first time and on time.
