My Review of First Team Mazda:
I had a problem with my remote door lock and security system. The visual warning of the hazard lights was no-longer functioning. I still have 18 months left on warranty. I would have even paid to have it fixed. After taking it back to first team (ha) 3 times they insisted it was working, I then pulled out my owners manual which discribes the proper operation and they again said it was working fine. The hazard lights would still not flash. I called corporate service and they said first team had called them and everything was fine. I explained that it was not operating to factory specs. I was told they only go buy what the service dept. says. I took my vehical to another dealership and they fixed the problem. I will not deal with first team ever again.
