My Review of Fitzgerald Annapolis Cadillac:
I have purchased multiple new and used cars from this dealer and always bring them in for all of the regular scheduled and warranty service. They have always been able to complete the work in a timely manner at a fair price. When I have had warranty issues they have always gone to bat for me with the manufacturer to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. The bottom line is they have always met or exceed my expectations with regards to sales and service, and unfortunately in these times that is a rare thing. I would and do recommend this dealer to everybody I know.

My Review of Fitzgerald Annapolis Cadillac:
I have purchased and have had serviced several new Cadillac’s from Fitzgerald through the years (six in total). Most recently I purchased a 2008 Cadillac STS in June 2008. As with all the other purchases at this dealership, the delivery was flawless and painless. The service department has always given the extra effort to gain my complete satisfaction when repairs have been needed. The sales, financing, service advisor and service technician are all friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Purchased a 2008 escalade in the spring. Took it in for service and was very happy with the experience. The service advisewr was knowledgeable, frendly and very helful. The repairs were completed when promised and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend this dealer to anyone for quality and price.

My Review of Fitzgerald Annapolis Cadillac:
Bought a 06 Jetta from these clowns. First price the salesman and I discussed was different when I got down there. Second the finance guy didn't know his own sales programs and was wrong on many facets of my sales. The service dept is run by guys who seem to know nothing about cars. I was asking one of the managers about my stereo and he said "sorry, Im a old man, Im just now getting into CD's for my car".

This is the worst dealership I've ever purchased a car from, however I love my TDI Jetta, its the best car I've owned, so far. Stay away...far far away from these knuckleheads at Fitzgeralds.

Bought a Passatt with obvios engine issues and they would not work with me to get it fixed. I had to trade the car into a different dealer and took a lose on the car. Will never buy or recommend a VW to anyone.
