"Fixing a flat tire."
I had my car which is still under warrantee in for tire pressure light coming on and it was also due for an oil change and they rotated the tires on Friday. On Sunday, I had a flat tire and had to drive 30 miles with the make-believe tire in flooding rain back to my house. I made an appointment for 9:15 on Monday to fix the flat. It took 2 whole hours!!!!!! Part of the service on Friday was rotating my tires....how come it was not spotted that I had a nail in the tire. Once my warrantee is up, I will not be using Fitzgerald for service. That is totally unacceptable to take that length of time to fix a tire. .

He is very well educated on the inventory, skillful in relating to and building rapport with his customers, and the ideal sales rep to have a conversation with about your considering a car purchase. His no pressure approach makes it easy to feel like you are getting all the information you need to make a decision without being pushed towards any decision in any rush. Even if you're not sure about a Subaru, go visit him anyway! I never thought I'd own a Subaru, but now I love mine and am so appreciative of Andy's guidance and availability whenever I need help!
