My Review Of Five Star Ford Stone Mountain, LLC:

This place is a joke! I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty & after only having it for four days I realized that the entire undercarriage was rusted. The muffler & all of it's piping looked as though the truck had been sitting in water. Those guys lied to me, gave me the run around & tried every trick in the book to keep from canceling my deal & returning my $2200 down payment. I eventually got all my money back once they realized that I knew they were all full of crap. Buyers beware when dealing with those clowns at World Ford Stone Mountain.

My Review Of Five Star Ford Stone Mountain, LLC:

We had to tow our car as fuel pump failed.....was a Saturday and our usual place was too far for AAA to tow for free. Work for this was OK.
However, they claimed the front window was broken. AAA put it down to position car for tow truck alignment. Did not go up they said....fine, we approved this as we wanted the car back. Then they decided to check other windows without our permission. Report states 'left rear window broke while testing'. We did not request this test.......why are they doing more than we requested? Then they asked for $458 to fix their screw up !!!!! Our usual place charged us $286 (inclusive of tax).

Overpriced, looking for extra work and profits. Think twice, and then again before going to get your car serviced/fixed.
Steer clear.....you have been warned

World Ford Stone Mountain is the best dealership I have been to. Everyone we worked with was helpful and informative. Tony and Jody answered all of our questions and if they didn't know the answer they found for us quickly. They also listened to what we were looking for as far as price (which was the biggest deal for us)style and safety. George made the signing process quick and easy and helpled us to get a great interest rate. Thanks guys!

My Review Of Five Star Ford Stone Mountain, LLC:

Bought a 2012 ford explorer xlt. Had a registered in a state where I was stationed, they sent my registration papers two days. Before it expired. Note I bought it jan 19 the tags expired feb 18. I had to call to find out why I hadn't recieved anything. When they sent everything over two days before my temporary tags and registration expired I get to the DMV only to out I had been overcharged 600. + dollars. I did I 500 down payment so not only was I not able to get my tags because they charged the incorrect amount. They told me was I was not able to get my down payment back that it would be applied toward my principal balance. Now my things is you had me pay for something I truly didn't need to pay for. The refuse to refund me that money saying that it would go toward the balance. They didn't want to rewrite the contract and everything the correct numbers to show they owed me my down back, so they know totally they were in the wrong from beginning to end. You would think since they were wrong they would rewrite everything contact my lender to get everything correct and give me my money back because right now they got 500 extra out me plus adding on the 100 and something extra from the lender. So not only did it jump my monthly rate it also gave me a high interest rate. I was giving the run around and strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANY ONE, PLEASE BEWARE. If you want great service go somewhere else.

I am sure the dealership is fine when you get a vehicle with no issues but when there is a problem - DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR WORK WITH YOU TO FIX IT! Harry Singh has no morals or values and is in the business for the money he makes. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Review Of Five Star Ford Stone Mountain, LLC:

I had a concern with the way my F250 Diesel was running. Took it in and as soon as I drove in the door I was promptly spoken to. The man I spoke with was the Service Manager James Thomas. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He got some information from my truck and made a ticket on truck. The technician took the vehicle to back and worked on it and then let me know what the problem was. Told me a price which was fair in my book and I told them to fix it. They fixed it and I picked it up that afternoon. They went over the repair ticket with me and did a overall inspection on the vehicle which showed brakes would be needed soon on front of vehicle. I was very happy with service I received. I will go back for the brakes in future and other services along the way. Thank you James for the great service work.

sales manager lead us to beleive that he would to the work on a vehicle and didnt. brought my vehicle back three times for a/c repair. i told the ales manager from the begining that there was something wrong with it and he lead me to think that he would take of it. and now he acts like he does not know what im talking about.

No one seemed to have a clue on what they were doing and what was going on. It was very dissappointing.. Me and my mother were not satifityed at all.
