My Review of Five Towns Nissan:
I purchased a murano recently and will be back to Five Towns Nissan For another vehicle. The girl in the internet dept. was very helpfull on the phone and when I came in everyone treated me professional. It was a pleasant car buying experience. The even gave free oil changes with my new Murano. I am very happy with my car and intend on sending referrals to Five Towns Nissan.

My Review of Five Towns Nissan:
Got a decent deal on a lease in which they were supposed to pay my last payment on my Ford lease and turn it into Ford. They made the last payment LATE and did not turn the vehicle in for 52 days. This lack of action caused Ford to charge me a late penalty and extended my lease another month (because it wasn't turned in).General Sales Mgr. told me they should pay it. Sales manager told me on 8/7/09 that they will pay Ford on 8/10. As of today 8/24 Ford has not received the check....Sales mgr. says the check was sent FedX on 8/11 but cannot give me a FedX tracking number to prove it was sent.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER THEY NEVER NEVER RETURN CALLS.

My Review of Five Towns Nissan:
My wife saw this advertisement on cars.com about a Metallic Blue 2005 Maxima with 50,xxx miles on it. It was a certified car with a fair price ($16000) which is close to the TMV price on Edmunds.com.

My wife called and spoke to one of the "internet specialist" named Jessica Colon. She confirmed and asserted that they had the concerned vehicle for the advertised price (it took her a while to check that so we thought that she was really checking with someone). So we drove all the way to the 5 towns nissan and went and talked to Jessica. She introduced us to a sales person who had a slight limp. That guy took us to the parking lot of the used cars and in 5 seconds told us that the car we had come to see was sold last week. He asked whether we would like to see other "more expensive" maximas of G35's. We protested and said that we had come all the way from Long Island to see the car and had confirmed with the lady and insisted on seeing 'that' car. Suddenly he became rude and started insulting us and asked us to leave the place. We were really very mad and I gave my piece of mind to Jessica who was least bothered. That guy came in the room and threatened us to leave. So...we left.... disappointed and insulted.

I swear I will NEVER EVER visit that dealership again. Biggest crooks with no Integrity. This review is the only way I can protest the treatment we were met there. I sincerely urge everyone reading this review to pass on this dealership and try their luck elsewhere.

My Review of Five Towns Nissan:
The salesperson quoted me one price and I gladly accepted. I was told to wait and speak to the finance coordinator and I waited for two hours. When I finally went to close the deal the price of the car was $2,205 more than I was orginally told. When I asked why the finance manager lied to me. When I got the paperwork home and looked it over I realized he lied to me and over charged me. I went and spoke with him and he continued to lie. He then told me he would reimburse me $1500 but would not redo the paperwork so I would still be responsible for the loan including the interest. I asked to speak to a general manager numerous times and he was on conveiently on vacation. This dealership is horrible, they do not care about the customers they only car about profit.I regret the day I stepped foot in the door of Five Towns Nissan, but you do not have to.

My Review of Five Towns Nissan:
It is impossible to do business with people who lie, and these people lie. The price on the ticket is not the price they want. They want more, a whole lot more. After being told over the phone the cash sale price, we were surprised to find that in person the price requested was different, very different. It was a full $1,100 more. The reason given was non specific dealer fees. They wouldn't elaborate on what these fees were. When asked why they had advertised a false internet price, they replied "how else are we gonna get you in the door". The answer, of course, would be to run a reputable business with good customer service and no hidden fees. These guys are sharks. Stay away.

My Review of Five Towns Nissan:
This dealership has no integrity and literally tries to steal from their customers. I strongly recommend that you do not do business with them and tell everyone you know about this story.
In April 2008, we negotiated a lease on a 2008 Altima as well as a price on a trade-in. The trade-in vehicle was inspected by their staff and the deal was signed, but two days later when we picked up the check for the balance of trade-in amount, the dealership attempted to keep (in my eyes steal) an additional $300.00 from us. The sales manager Peter D'Angelo who finalized the negotiation of the lease said that the owner/general manager (Neil) wanted an additional $300 deducted off the agreed upon trade-in amount and that we needed to speak to Neil.
After several weeks and an endless number of phone messages that I left for Neil (general manager), the finance manager called and told us to pickup the check for the correct amount. By the way, Neil the general manager NEVER returned any of my phone calls.
In the end, we received the correct amount, but it took almost a month and a lot of effort. I wonder how many customers they do this too and how often they get away with it? Again, I strongly recommend that you do not do ANY business (Sales or Service) with them and tell everyone you know about this story. Go to Queens Nissan which is only 15 minutes away.
Five Towns Nissan does not deserve your business. Thanks and beware of Five Towns Nissan's!

My Review of Five Towns Nissan:
I purchased my 2008 Nissan Altima at dealer cost, without ANY back and forth. It was the absolute BEST experience buying a car. This being my first brand new car, I will never own anything other than a Nissan. Five Towns went above and beyond any other dealer I spoke to and their price was untouchable. The car is beautiful and the staff was more than patient, with me changing my mind 3 times!! Everything went perfect and I couldnt be happier. Ramsey, Kalra and Trace make a great team.

My Review of Five Towns Nissan:
This dealership sucks, I made a deal on New Sentra, signed the contract, when I went to get delivery of the vehicle, salesperson warren and the manager on duty told me that I have to pay extra $1500 to get the vehicle, I gave $3000 deposit for the vehicle, now they are refusing to credit back they want another 1500. Stay away from this stealership....., stay away with tricks, I went to Nissan dealer in Queens, on rockway blvd, they are the best, they made a deal and I have my car now, but still stuck with $3000 at fivetowns, have to call my credit card.
