My Review Of Fladeboe Honda:
I have rated the service as great simply because it was. First of all they made an honest assessment of the need and did not try to upsale me to services that were not required. However they did alert me to upcoming concerns which I liked so I could plan ahead instead of being surprised by the need in the future. The work was well done with total respect to the vehicle. They also left it very clean and went the extra mile to be sure I was not inconvenienced in any way. The service was completed in a timely manner and they made sure I was comfortable as I waited. I am handicapped, and Viviana was very sensitive to my need for a chair to sit in, water or coffee, and she walked to me instead of asking me to walk to her. I liked being able to check out at her service desk instead of having to walk and stand in line at the cashier. The whole visit was very nice and I actually look forward to my next service with Fladeboe where I am always greeted with friendly, courteous employees who want to meet my need, and honor me with the respect a customer deserves. I have never been more impressed with a dealership than I am with Fladeboe---starting with the sale through Burton Hillis and through every encounter I have had over the last two years, your team has truly been great!
