Fladeboe Honda DOES NOT honor coupons like they advertise!

I called for an oil change on my 2010 Honda Insight and was told the cost would be $49.99 on the phone, but the service representative said they will honor a coupon from another Honda dealership. I went online and found two coupons, one for $39.99 and $45.99, both for a Honda Insight. When I called back to set up the appointment, I told them I had a coupon and amount of each. The service representative then returned after speaking with the service manager and said they lowest we can go is $49.99.

What? That's not matching other dealerships!

Mr. Joe Loero is an exceptional mechanic. He's professional, courteous and provides excellent customer service . I always request him to service my vehicle. My vehicle always runs perfect after his service, and I truly appreciate the car wash.

Please express my gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Loero's work ethic and skill. Also, there's much appreciation for the Fladeboe organization to have the foresight to acquire individuals with Mr. Loero's talent and dedication to excellent customer service. Customer Service - Trevor Haskett was great. It was my first time at the Service Dept and he explained everything to me and gave me a tour too. I used the courtesy shuttle and that was excellent to get me home & back and of course I really liked the nice clean car afterwards too, that was a nice surprise.

The reason for the two 4 ratings is concerning an inside windshield deep chip/scratch that photos had been taken to be reviewed by the service manager who wasnt present during our visit. Still awaiting you to contact me with foloow up.

Vivianiana was super. Took my car for service quickly and accurately...followed up on previous service performed by checking on my satisfaction. She had the service bay double check problems with car remote locking mechanism (unfortunately aftermarket installation did not allow for your repair...but your facility did check into it, and followed up). Viviana was very attentive, and a great pleasure to work with. Highest praise.

I have rated the service as great simply because it was. First of all they made an honest assessment of the need and did not try to upsale me to services that were not required. However they did alert me to upcoming concerns which I liked so I could plan ahead instead of being surprised by the need in the future. The work was well done with total respect to the vehicle. They also left it very clean and went the extra mile to be sure I was not inconvenienced in any way. The service was completed in a timely manner and they made sure I was comfortable as I waited. I am handicapped, and Viviana was very sensitive to my need for a chair to sit in, water or coffee, and she walked to me instead of asking me to walk to her. I liked being able to check out at her service desk instead of having to walk and stand in line at the cashier. The whole visit was very nice and I actually look forward to my next service with Fladeboe where I am always greeted with friendly, courteous employees who want to meet my need, and honor me with the respect a customer deserves. I have never been more impressed with a dealership than I am with Fladeboe---starting with the sale through Burton Hillis and through every encounter I have had over the last two years, your team has truly been great!

We have been coming back to Fladeboe Honda for regular service visits for the last 5 1/2 years and have always been impressed with their outstanding customer service. They have consistently offered coupons for reduced rates on service. I was even surprised that their price for tires was less than one of their major competitors. We love how they always wash and vacuum our car too.
