My Review of Fladeboe VW:
We bought a 2006 Beetle Convertible from these Guys it was then re-called for an Instrument Cluster issue....
Here's how it went...
Weds: Dropped the Car off.
Thurs: Nothing happened
Fri: I called THEM, "Can I pick the Car up"?
"No, you need a new Instrument Cluster"
Saturday:
Sunday:
THANKS FOR LEAVING US WITH NO CAR OVER THE WEEKEND FLADEBOE!
Mon: I'm thinking, good, we get the Car back tonight!
5pm, got a Phone call "We forgot to ask you for ALL the Keys, they need to be re-programed"
"Well, can't you just re-program the one you've got and we'll bring it in another time for the rest? we NEED the Car"!!
"Yes, but we'll charge you $110"
Tues: dropped the other Key off.
I called THEM later "Can we have our Car back, PLEASE!!??"
"Nope, we didn't have time to do it today and the Tech is OFF tomorrow, you can have it back on THURSDAY"
"Well, can we have a loaner or rental"??
"No, we don't do them anymore, it cost us money"
Weds: No Car....
Thurs: The Car was promised (again) so we'll wait and see....
If you want to go through all this for a 5 hour re-call and be without your Car for at least 8 Days then be my Guest...go to FLADEBOE!!
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with ANY Dealer in over 30 years of driving, how DO these Guys stay in business??...at least we can see the funny side...all you can do is laugh at Service this bad.....I'm glad it happened so soon in the Ownership of this Vehicle because now we know that we have reason to NEVER go back!!
