My Review of Flagship Motorcars Mercedes-Benz & Sprinter:
I leased a new Mercedes on 28 March 2012 and I am extremely satisfied with the way the entire process was handled. Mr. Ibe Ogwu is a very skilled, knowledgable and courteous Product Specialist who was a great help to determine what options are available and are best for me.From the greeting all the way to my driving off in this beautiful car, it was a great experience.The Finance Office was a pleasure as well. Here I was helped by Mr. Mark Bertoli in the same courteous and efficient manner.
Since I had scheduled an appointment for service originally, I was greeted upon arrival by Service Advisor Mr. Steven Bergeron who was as well extremely helpful, frienly and skilled. A great experience. I can only recommend Flagship Motorcars.
Keep on providing such great service.

Got my new Mercedes Benz Class 4 matic 2012 from Flagship motors. It runs amazing.
Got a very good and exceptional service from all the employes i met there.
Jim Estabrook was great in explaining things comfortably.
Possibly will be buying GLK next in a month.

We worked with Darnell Kelley throughout the whole sales process and she was absolutely wonderful. We had to wait 2 weeks for delivery due to a registry issue and Darnell was great about keeping up posted on the progress of the transaction and notifying us daily about the status until the vehicle was ready for us. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and very nice. I would definitely buy from them again!

Al Swirka is a credit to the Herb Chambers organization. He has been my service advisor since 1998. During that time, I have visited the dealership on dozens of occasions & seen Al interact with countless clients. Over & over again, he has been a steady, calm gentleman, with clients that are somtimes . . . not very considerate.

I highly recommend Al & the entire team at Flagship - sometimes, service clients can feel like "the joke's on them" (candid camera, etc) - while Al is the first to crack a good humored joke - he is constantly striving to provide stellar advice & service to his clients - and get their car fixed properly, safely at a very reasonable expense.

My Review of Flagship Motorcars Mercedes-Benz & Sprinter:
My Wife and I went in to Flagship Motorcars to look at their Pre-Owned Inventory, Nick was very patient and sat through while I looked over the Inventory over and over(I am very picky), so this took a few minutes. Once I found a few vehicles I looked over, Nick put the numbers together for me. The numbers were important to me since I had a trade-in which had negative Equity. Once Nick put the numbers together It was very clear I would be better off getting a new vehicle that had a full factory warranty, so he suggested I look at a GLK350 4Matic after listening to my list of must haves on my next vehicle.

He brought us to a GLK, we looked it over, liked it and went on a test drive. The test drive was very nice as the vehicle was very comfortable and Nick gave us the oppurtinity to spend enough time test driving it. This was very important as I was rushed the last time I bought a car.

After returning to the dealership we left the place letting Nick know that we had to just work out the numbers and all.

We didnt go back for about a month later since we had a few things going on in our lives, Nick was kind enough not to bother us with calls and emails like some of the other dealers were doing. When we went back, we were able to find a well equipped GLK with everything I wanted it and we were able to make a deal and I just picked up the vehicle yesterday!

Nick was off yesterday, but he came in to deliver the vehicle and he was fully prepared and I was in and out as soon as he went over the vehicle.

Last time I picked up a new vehicle (6 months ago) the salesman was totally unprepared and I just wanted to be out of there as soon as possible

Nick followed up with later in the day to see how we were enjoying the vehicle.

So, Overall I am extremely impressed with Nick and Flagship Motorcars!
