My Review of Flagstaff Honda:
We spent the majority of day at the dealership negotiating a deal. The salesman gave us a good faith estimate in writing. When we came by later to sign the paperwork there was an added $2000.00 for accessories that they agreed in the original good faith which was in writing. They used traditional “bait and switch" tactics. When we confronted the sales manager on the con, he became very un professional and outright lied to us. They are complete cons and I would not recommend anyone doing business with them.
