My Review of Flemington Audi:
Engaged in my second lease (1st for audi) thru the internet sales person (John rachmiel). Extremely pleasant to interact with. I visited the dealership (close to work but far from home) only to finalize papers and to pickup the A6. Car arrived as advertised. No gimics No tricks No sleazy sales/finance guys last minute deals(?). Service has been spot-on. ONLY issue has been the availability of audi loaners which have been limited and remains an issue. No one likes to get out of 'any' audi into an american/japanese rental. Service department has been responsive and competent.

My Review of Flemington Audi:
I have a 2005 Audi A4 convertible. The convertible roof broke for no apparent reason - it stuck half way - and 3 weeks later I am still wrestling with their service department to get it fixed. It has been a NIGHTMARE experience. They deal with Enterprise for their rental cars which are terrible quality, with rude, gum chewing employees, not befitting what purports to be a quality dealership (eg dented/scratched dirty 2003 Nissan Sentra was the first car they offered!) Now I can be seen driving around in a 2003 VW Jetta - a far cry from the glamorous, roof down, wind in my hair car I thought I'd be driving this summer (oh and that we paid good money for). I am SO DISAPPOINTED. After they had the car 1 week they told me that if was fixed. When I went to pick it up and tried the roof before I signed their service sheet, it broke again (first time!). "It's an intermittent problem" I was told!!! Dieter sold me the car and I cannot fault him at all, he was very pleasant and even helped me out when I complained about the quality of rental car (first off I ended up with a Chevy Trailblazer after Dieter intervened). But Audi service department....that is a WHOLE different story - it SUCKS. It needs to be made ABSOLUTELY CLEAR that customers are NOT TO EXPECT a same/similar quality loaner car when their car is in for repair. The dealership and I have been in touch with Audi USA, but it doesn't seem to have made any difference at all. My car remains with them and they really don't seem to care AT ALL about my dilemma, last I heard they said my car is drivable so perhaps I can pick it up until they have the right part. I'd just like to add that one of the key reasons we chose Flemington, above Princeton was that Dieter did a great job on selling their great service - whoops! I am so put off that unfortunately I don't think I'll ever buy another Audi, even though I actually do love the car (when everything works). BUT I just can't stand this terrible service, I am so very upset by the whole experience.

My Review of Flemington Audi:
I am on my 4th lease with Flemington Car & Truck. My first three leases were on Audi's at this dealership and let me tell you - they were and still are wonderful! Dieter Kopf was my salesman for my 3 Audi leases. Obviously I was happy with him since I went right back to him when my lease was up. It's nice to be able to deal with the same salesman over 9 years!

I always took my Audi's into Flemington Audi for service and never had one problem They were always straight forward and friendly. If I waited for the service to be completed they always told me exactly how long it would take and more than likely that was exactly when the car was ready. If I left it over night for service it was always ready when I expected it to be and it was washed. I liked that.

Kudos to Dieter and Flemington Audi!
