Garrett was very helpful and not pushy on intial inquiry call to dealership. He handed off to Lou Avitable who was more of the same and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was an excellent salesman treating us with respect and letting us make the choice when being too pushy would have turned me off. He was a resource when I required information and efficient and personable. Flemington DOES NOT fall into the typical stereotype of a pushy egotistical condescending car salesman like I encountered at Hamilton Mazda who also did a bait and switch. Flemington was always up front with the price and closed the deal through great service, patience and allowing me to make the decision. My dad is likely to buy a BMW from Flemington soon for that very reason. If you want a car, new or old, this is the ideal experience. Helpful, resourceful, thoughtful, nice and patient - that's the winning formula. Lou Avitable deserves a lot of credit for creating that extraordinarily positive experience for me and my family. They could use some stronger coffee though!
