Jason patiently provided continuous and conscientious service during a fairly extensive time with me while I was trying to make a decision with regard to the purchase of a volkswagen "cc". I was also suffering from a severe upper respiratory problem with which he was sympathetic and understanding. Jason has been helpful post purchase insuring that my understanding of the "cc" has been complete.
Jason's service has been nothing less than outstanding.

We purchased a VW CC from Jason Haye three years ago and found him to be professional, informative and pleasant to deal with. So when we went looking for a new VW we went straight to Jason. We weren't sure which model we wanted so he set up test drives in all of them. We went to another dealer to test drive one specific model that Jason didn't have in stock but went back to Jason to buy that model. Everything went smooth in the transaction. No pressure, a fair price and prompt attention. We will defintely look to Jason when we purhcase cars in the future.

Since purchasing my Audi A6 in 2007 I have had many opportunities to visit the service department. Every time, the staff in Flemington is quite friendly and helpful. Most of my interaction, though is with Christina, at the service desk. Recently, my husband scheduled an appointment for me to bring my Audi in for service. It was a last minute appointment that he then had to reschedule and, in the confusion, forgot to request a loaner car. All of his calls, as well as the many subsequent calls from me - hoping to get a much needed loaner, were taken by Christina. She and I exchanged phone calls up until 15 minutes before I was due to drop off my car, and in the end she found something for me! Christina was nothing but kind and courteous to me throughout the whole event, handing me the loaner car keys with a smile. She laughed when I tried to apologize for all the confusion, and said it was never a problem. All the time, I hear complaints from friends and coworkers about their dealers' service departments. Not me, the staff at Flemington Audi, especially Christina, make taking my car in for service a very pleasant experience.

John Rachmiel is honest, responsive and knowledgeable. I just started my third straight Audi lease and John has been my salesperson the past two times. The vehicle is great, of course, and my experiences in the showroom with John and with the service department have been equally pleasurable. John is a stand-up guy. I recommend both him and this dealership highly, and I imagine the experience would be no different were I leasing a VW or a Porsche from the same dealership.

We have purchased sevearal Volkswagons from Ron and he is always helpful easy and fun to work with. This time he found us an amazing deal on a Jetta for our son's 21st birthday complete with a red ribbon.

very friendly environment as well as extremely knowledgeable about the brands carried made picking the right car for my needs a breeze. Klostermyer also took me for a test drive speaking only German which made the experience that much more real.
