My Review of Fletcher Jones Honda:
Lisa Pagan made my car-buying experience extremely easy and pressure-free. Lisa called me to let me know whenever they had a car that was in my price and model range. When I came in to test drive, she spent as long as I needed with me to answer all my questions and check on every detail. Never once did I feel that my questions were a burden, nor did I feel rushed, even though I spent 5 hours at the dealership. She understood what my terms were and was completely dedicated to making sure I was 100% happy with my purchase.

Even more impressive, her customer service did not end with my purchase. Any questions I had in the following weeks were met with just as much care as I had been given while I was shopping. I did not buy an expensive new car, but I felt VIP. After a month, she called me just to make sure I was still happy with my car and if I needed anything.

Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Lisa Pagan at Fletcher Jones Honda Chicago for anyone looking for a car.

My Review of Fletcher Jones Honda:
I saw a Honda Civic on their web site and called them and got in touch with LISA PAGAN and thats it... it was like a done deal right from the beginning. Lisa was very helpful through out the deal. I live in Wisconsin that is like 150+ miles away from their location. So she sent me pics of the car to my email and kept the car on hold until the weekend. I went to see the car and she received with a great smile and showed the car. It was a good deal and she helped me in all paper work. They had to send me key fob and my title for which even after the deal she called me couple of times and made sure that I got them thru fedex. I'm completely satisfied with the services and would definately recommend them.
LISA THANK YOU VERY MUCH... I appreciate your patience and hard work.

So I called Fletcher Jones because I was looking to buy a used Honda , I spoke to Lisa And she told me they had exactly what I was looking for. So I stopped in later on that day , and sure enough they had exactly what I was looking for. It took me a day or so to make up my mind about the purchase but when I did Lisa was very helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and 100% happy with the customer service.

Purchesed my new 2012 HONDA CIVIC EX back in Sep. 2011. I had visited other Honda dealer but wasnt happy at all with the sale service. Decided to check out Fletcher Jones Honda to meet my online sale rep. Lisa Pagan* She gave me great service and went out her way during my visit to showed me what i wanted and never felt presurred. Her warm care made me confident that i was making right choice. Thanks Lisa for your service and making me feel part of that Honda Family.(she even sends Christmas cards!thought they forgot of me.. too cute*) Must say i'm the happiest girl. so check out Lisa Pagan if you stop in at Fletcher's you'll really like her. :)

My Review of Fletcher Jones Honda:
I live in Connecticut and had been wanting a 2012, Dyno Blue, Civic Si since August 2011. My local, Honda dealer had been absolutely no help to me, whatsoever. So, after a few months of waiting and frustration, I took matters into my own hands. A few internet searches later, I came upon Fletcher Jones Honda and saw that they had the exact vehicle I had been searching for. I sent them a message, through their website and within an hour or so, someone got right back to me.

Jamaal Woodson took care of everything for me. He answered all of my questions, immediately took and sent pictures of the car to my email, and generally made me feel very comfortable with the idea of purchasing a vehicle in this rather unconventional manner. I had never purchased a car from so far away but since they treated me better than anyone locally had, I felt that they certainly earned and deserved my business. I even got the car for a fantastic price, too!

Then, I discussed and reviewed all of my financing with Raluca Cheregi, who was exceptionally helpful, knowledgable and patient with me. Completing an interstate transaction had never been so easy and carefree for me. They FedEx's everything directly to my door and I didn't have to do anything more than read and sign the papers, in the comfort and convenience of home. It was the most stress-free car-buying experience I have ever had.

Finally, they helped me to arrange transport with an insured, third-party, auto-transport company who turned-out to be wonderful, as well. All in all, this was an outstanding experience for me and I absolutely love the car. It is exactly what I have always wanted and I couldn't be more thankful to Jamaal and Fletcher Jones Honda for making it happen. I am truly impressed with this 1st-class dealership!

Lisa was very helpful as soon as we came to the dealer. She knows the features of the cars and knows how to sell.It was the second dealer we visited. Lisa was very patience and nice.
