Leased a car from there, very little hassling and did not feel that I was in your typical dealership where they bait and switch you. My salesman(Jason) did a great job of addressing my needs, put me in the right vehicle, and work on financing to meet my budget. Overall it was a great experience.

I purchased a pre-owned VW Jetta Fletcher Jones Volkswagen about a week ago. After visiting several dealerships, Fletcher Jones was very straight forward, friendly and informative. I don't enjoy buying vehicles but Christine the sales rep. made the process smooth, quick and easy to navigate. I felt she was very upfront with all of the dealerships information regarding their services and what they offered with purchase of each vehicle. Of course there was some negotiating but I feel they were very reasonable with the price!!!! I recommend them! The pre-owned vehicles come pre-certified with a 2 year warranty to make you feel more comfortable. They do all the licensing and title work at the location! They even followed up with a call the next day to verify I was pleased with the purchase. I recommend contacting Christine at this location if you are looking to buy. She was knowledgeable about all the vehicles, fun to work with and best of all was not pushy!!!!! I rarely give 5 stars but I this was truly a good experience!

Jason was a thorough, patient, and thoughtful VW salesman. He brought in Dave to help negotiate better financing rates, which I appreciate. Overall a great experience for my first "new" CPO car. Thanks, Jason!

Their only interest was ensuring I was happy and comfortable with the deal. On several occasions I asked for a better price simply because it seems like the would be disappointed if I didn't. This wasn't at all like negotiating; more like being catered to. I can think of no reason not to recommend Raphael, Isaiah, and the rest of the folks at Fletcher Jones.

It took me three months of searching various types of cars until I finally narrowed my choices down to the Golf TDI and Jetta TDI. My goal was to have a car that was good looking and had great gas mileage. Jason was super helpful explaining the TDI engine when I visited for a test drive. I was impressed by this dealerships laid back and non-pressuresome nature. In my search I noticed that other dealership's salesman can be too showy, some are downright arrogant and frankly, it's annoying. Fletcher Jones is definately different. At the end of my car search I choose to buy a car from Jason. My new car is sexy, has 42 mpg on the highway and didn't break my wallet : )

Upon entering Fletcher Jones, I was not stormed by a salesman or two. In fact, the opposite occurred; a few members of the sales team dotted a wall near the entrance and all waited for me to approach the secretary at the front desk. Once I had expressed to her that I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle, she directed me to one salesman who then walked up and shook my hand.

I knew when VW released their current generation Passat that they weren't offering the TDI in top trim with a manual transmission. Regardless, I would've liked exactly that. Knowing full well it would be a custom order, Olzi asked if it were possible anyway. When the news came back that it wouldn't, I switched to my backup plan of a manual Jetta TDI with all the options. Olzi and his boss searched high and low, finally finding one 316 miles from their front door.

In addition to cutting me a good deal on the financing and extra warranty, Fletcher Jones picked up all the slack from the dealership in Ohio. The delivery was supposed to take place three separate times, but fell through for one reason or another. Like a close friend who was simply sick of seeing me not getting what I was promised, Olzi drove to Ohio himself to pick the Jetta up for me. I couldn't have asked for more from a salesman.

I've put 1,500 miles on my Jetta since and I love it in every way. I may not be in the market for another car for a long time, but Fletcher Jones has my vote and my business in the future, to be sure.

Got my GTI last year from them and I am going there ever since.

Absolutely fantastic dealer specially my sales adviser (Raphael Ferrer) was fantastic, friendly, honest, all around good guy.

I'm still in touch with him. If I have any questions he does not hesitate to answer. He helped a lot when I was purchasing my car.

If you are going to Volkswagen Fletcher Jones, he is the guy you have to go to.

End of story.

sales department was great. but service? its unacceptable. At the time of purchase, car wasn't clean at all, Sales guy had to do all the work, they didn't even buff the car, like most dealerships do when you get used car. Found dents on roof same day of purchase. Called them, they agreed to fix it at no cost. Took car to fix dents - they lost my permit parking, ate all the gum i had in the car and made dent and scratch in rear bumper. very disappointing and frustrating. took it back, took them a week to fix. Got a call to come and get the car. It took 55 minutes to get the car from the lot,I even told them what time I will be there to get the car, but still non was ready. I don't know what is going on with the service department!!! very bad experience, the worst ever!

My first contact was over the phone with Finn whose professional, friendly, knowledgable conversation drew me in. I met with Omar who was patient, courteous, available, nice, and extremely helpful without being aggressive...at all. My final contact was with Brett, in finance, who ended the purchase of my new tiguan with superb customer service. The inviting waiting area is stocked with water, a selection of teas, and a multi coffee/tea dispenser. They also throw in nice perks for purchasing there but don't use them as a selling point : ) Omar gave me as much time as I needed to go over all the gagets. A week later I went in for my first car wash and the superior customer service continued!!!
