My Review of Fletcher Jones Volkswagen:
Fletcher Jones was honest about the price of the vehicle from the start. They never tried to add any hidden costs and were transparent throughout the entire buying process. Joe Swaim was wonderful and was completely honest about the car, the price, and the financing available to me. He understood what we were looking for and never tried to push us into any extra costs. He presented our options and let us make our own decision without any pressure. Fletcher Jones seems to understand that car buying should be a pleasant and exciting experience instead of a stressful fight for a realistic price. We appreciated that Joe was straight forward with us and told us what was available given credit scores and financing. He never gave a sales pitch and understood that if we were going to buy the car it would be based on the car, not on a sales technique designed to manipulate people. While at the dealership, Joe never made us feel uncomfortable or like we needed to be defensive. I felt we could be honest about what we wanted with the car and with financing and he would listen to our needs and do his best to accommodate us. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Fletcher Jones and Joe Swaim to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

My Review of Fletcher Jones Volkswagen:
This was my first experience purchasing a new car and I must say that thanks to Fletcher Jones it was a wonderful experience. The sales associate, Raphael, was very friendly and laid back. There was absolutely no pressure from him what so ever. In addition to that he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the entire process (as this was my first new car purchase I had many).

As for the dealership itself, it is located in downtown Chicago and provides complimentary valet parking right across the street. When entering the building the atmosphere of Fletcher Jones is very friendly and open. I must stress again that I did not encounter any pressure from anyone.

I would definitely recommend this dealership and encourage those who walk through those doors to ask for Raphael.

My Review of Fletcher Jones Volkswagen:
I only moved to the US 2 months ago. I contacted VW for a new vehicle and was very pleased to have been assigned Raphael. Raphael has been a terrific help, especially as I changed my mind on vehicle and spec several times and was very reassuring despite my own anxiousness regarding my credentials/status as a legal alien. He worked thoroughly and timely on getting me my ideal vehicle and had it approved much sooner than I expected. Furthermore, he made the whole process as simple as possible. Volkswagen themselves also should be commended for making the process much easier and simpler than BMW, which I had also considered initially. VW and Raphael in particular swayed me very quickly to choose a VW over a BMW. And I'm glad I did. I couldn't be happier with my Touareg, it's an incredible vehicle.

The service at this dealership is 2 thumbs up. I first came online and chatted with a representative who had given my information to Mandi. I have been keeping in contact with Mandi for about 2 months via email as I checked back to their inventory for a specific color. I finally decided to settle with another color at the end. Mandi is extremely friendy,professional, and helpful. She isn't a regular sales person who just wants to make a sale and be done with you. I would recommend going to Fletcher Jones for your VW purchase; Great deal and service. Prior to visiting Fletcher Jones, I went to the Autobarn VW in Evanston. The sales person there wouldn't even tell me what my trade in value is until I said yes to buying a car on that day. This isn't how Fletcher Jones will treat you. Great job Mandi! keep up the good work.

My Review of Fletcher Jones Volkswagen:
So I came to the dealership looking to unload my Lexus SUV for something more affordable and practical for my new single income and low mileage lifestyle. While at other dealerships, I felt like the sales staff weren't listening so much just planning their next sales pitch move while I was talking; on the contrary, Doug was incredibly sincere. I knew I liked the Tiguan and it was confirmed very quickly with the help of Doug’s knowledge of the product. In my haste to get a very low car payment, I had convinced myself that I wanted the S model (which is the base one). Though walking me through the SE's features, he was able to convince me to get the middle model--not through aggressive pressure but by his knowledge of the car. He was right--I am extremely glad I did.

I didn't have to do much (if any) negotiating as I felt the price offered was incredibly fair and what I expected. I had another older car to trade in as well (long story). Doug actually came to my condo to pick it up to help with the logistics of the additional trade-in.

He gave me a 15 minute tutorial on the Tiguan before I drove off the dealership lot. While I like to think I am a smart guy, the little nuisances he showed me have already been used several times.

If you are in the market for a VW, stop by and ask for Doug. He will take care of you!

Mandi was excellent to work with. We emailed back and forth for a few months while I was considering a new car. She was diligent with her follow-up emails and with notifying me of new deals monthly. I fiinally decided to go into Fletcher Jones because my old VW needed to be serviced and Mandi helped me with my trade-in and got me in a new car. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about VW cars.

Our local Southeastern Michigan dealer could not answer our specific questions and was not interested in finding the exact car we wanted. We contacted Mandi by email with our specific request and she immediately called and said she had found the exact car that we wanted! Mandi also thoroughly answered each of our questions. Our first visit to Fletcher Jones Volkswagen was to buy and take delivery of our 2011 Jetta TDI. We drove to Illinois, trusting all details would be in order and we were happy find our new car ready and features exactly as promised. The financing process was a breeze. We were so impressed with Fletcher Jones Volkswagen customer service that we are driving back there for our 90 day new vehicle check-up.

My Review of Fletcher Jones Volkswagen:
Not only are their cars the best to drive, but their service was outstanding.

At first I looked at the VW Website to get estimates on their cars and see if they had what I was looking for. When I called to get more information I spoke to Doug from Fletcher Jones Volkswagen and he was extremely helpful. I wasn't planning on going into the dealership until I did some more research on other car companies, but after talking to Doug, I decided to go straight to their dealership.

When I got there, I was welcomed by Doug and told him what type of car that I was looking for and exactly what price range I was willing to spend. He was incredibly hospitable. I was very impressed by how informative he was about each car and each of its functions. I also met a few other associates and they were just as friendly. I ended up starting up the paper work and got the car the next morning. It was amazing!

I am so happy with my new Jetta and I am thrilled to have purchased it from as great of a company as Fletcher Jones Volkswagen!
