John was amazing and unlike any car salesman I've met. He took his time with me and didn't hound me if I said no to something. He was patient. Also, Meghan was very easy to work with. She could tell that we were new to the system and helped us through the process. She did the best she could which was more than we expected. We will be with Flood Ford for life.

The finance manager, Melissa, was fantastic! A big thank you again to your fantastic finance manager. She rocks. I think the price could have been negotiated a bit further, but overall, this was our most positive car buying experience yet. Lower stress than other dealers. Thank you!

Bob was very helpful with answering all my questions about the car I bought, and after I bought it, he went over everything with me, from how to turn on the lights to how to sync my phone with the Ford Sync technology. Meghan was very nice and helpful with the financial end of the deal, taking the time to explain everything to me and help me with the process, it was my first time buying a car.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Emails were answered promptly, appointments were kept. Bob even arranged to have another car I was interested in brought over from another location so I could test drive them both at the same time. I've already recommended the dealership to my friends. My Review of Flood Ford Lincoln:
It was a great experience working with Earl Collins at Flood Ford Lincoln in Narragansett Rhode Island. He was very nice and I felt like he was working with me and really trying to get me the best deal possible. He went over everything with us in detail. Made sure that we understood everything. He always stayed in touch while looking for the vehicle that I wanted and made sure it had everything I wanted. He went above and beyhond in every aspect of the sale and even stayed late with us once we purchased and had possession of the vehicle to show us how everything works in the car. He set up sync and all other accounts he even helped me set up my phone on the bluetooth and put the plates on himself. I would recommend the dealer and salesmen in high regaurd.
