I did my research on the vehicle over many months and knew what I wanted, and did not feel pressured to upgrade. And Michelle's email correspondence regarding my test drive right through after purchase follow through was great as well, along with Mike's prompt answers to questions. Mike even personally cleaned the car impeccably prior to my picking it up! I don't think any car purchase is ever easy, but this one was much less stressful than any other I've made. This dealership fails to provide service, let alone good service. Made an appointment 2 months in advance. Dropped the vehicle off early, gave them a week to change a battery, and they still had not broug service. Made an appointment 2 months in advance. This is the second time dealing with this service center, the first time we waited 4 months to get an in stock warranty item repaired. xxxx Poor Management stemming from the top. More
