My Review of Flood Ford of East Greenwich:
John was extremely knowledgeable of all the vehicles we looked at. I really appreciated the way John directed his attention to me rather than my husband (since I was buying the car not him).
John was very helpful in registering the car for me as well. Saved me approximate 3hr wait at the registry and turned it into 15 mins at the dealership.
I would highly recommend both John and Flood Ford.

My Review of Flood Ford of East Greenwich:
Steve did a wonderful job getting me into a new car. I had been in an accident, my other car was totalled, and Steve did everything possible to make my experience as pleasant and easy as possible. He worked with the Flood finance person, my lawyer and even the insurance company of the person responsible for the accident to expedite the process. He certainly went "above and beyond" to help me. I would without hesitation recommend anyone to visit Flood Ford and ask for Steve if they're in the market for a new vehicle or just looking around. Kudos to Steve and the people at Flood!

Steve was excellent in doing business with in every aspect. I would not only recomment Flood Ford, but highly recommend Steve. He was highly efficient, easily accessible, and very friendly. I went with my elderly parents to assist them in buying a new vehicle. I found the staff to be very cooperative and patient with us, since some of the pricing and incentives were a little confusing for my parents. Steve Weidinger, the sales consultant had been working with my parents for a few months before I went with them to finalize the deal. Steve was very patient and continues to assist them in answering any questions about their new vehicle now that it has been pruchased.

I have been a Ford customer for over 38 years and I have been treated very well. Flood Ford knows that a loyal customer is very important to their business and I am loyal to them. I can walk in to the dealship and not have to worry that I did not make an appointment. They take care of me when I have the time. If they do not have the part needed they will make sure that they call me as soon as it is in and makes the appointment at the time I can make it.

Although my situation was somewhat unique having only arrived in the country ten days before my visit, I was made to feel welcome and that no problem was insurmountable.

Steve could not have been more efficient or helpful and despite a number of hurdles I am entirely satisfied with the performance of both Steve and the dealership. I look forward to receiving continued good service over the coming years.

I would and will, thoroughly recommend their service to friends and colleagues.

Steve provided all answers to my questions in a friendly, professional way. When negotiating price, it was a give and take discussion with both sides acting in a most amicable way. He provided the necessary info and options, if this, then that, which resulted in my feeling no pressure and findings to be both honest and realistic.
I experienced the same courtesy, knowledge and professionalism conducting business with Joe Pezza, the finance person.
The atmosphere at the dealership was most lively and friendly during my visits there. I will recommend Flood Ford to friends and associates.

Steve Weidinger was my Sales Consultant. He was professional in his approach and provided excellent responsiveness. There was not a high pressure pitch but he presented the available options and found what I wanted. I was able to quickly get what I needed without excess fluff.

I have purchased 2 vehicles through John. For my second purchase, he went out of his way to find a vehicle that met my needs and exceeded my expectations. the vehicle I ended up buying - a used 2006 Ranger, was more vehicle, for less oney than the original truck I went there to look for.
Additionally, I have had another of my Ford vehicles serviced there. I don't recall the names of the service people that took care of me. However, they werer both very professional, and helpful. I asked many questions, and they took the time to ensure that I understood the answers. the work was performed within the time frame they told me it would be.
I would recommend to any of my family or friends to visit this dealership

I have purchased two vehicles from Flood and was extremely pleased overall with every aspect of both experiences. John DeRobbio and Joe Cicchetti have been excellent to work with...they are very customer oriented, gave me all of the necessary information, answered all questions, never rushed my decisions, and made me feel very comfortable. They went above and beyond my expectations and were always professional, courteous, and considerate. I felt that I could trust them, which is not the experience that I have had with other dealers in the past. Flood also has a great service department; ease of scheduling appointments, timely in completing work, friendly, fair pricing, etc. I've recommended the dealership to others and will continue giving my business to them in the future.
