I went to Flood ford of East Greenwich Reno sold me my Ford Escape. He was Wonderful Thank you Reno. since then i have gone for service and I find them just wonderful . Friendly Fast, very accomadation I needed to leave it once and they gave me a car so I could go to work. Thank you to Everyone. A great Place to take my Escape. Sharon

My Review of Flood Ford of East Greenwich:
My wife and I had an appointment to see Ken Wylie at 10:00 am on March 31, 2009. We looked at several cars and drove at least three different models. After that we sat down with Ken and discussed prices including the trade in value of our old car. We decided to buy the 2009 Ford Focus that we had looked at and drove out of the dealership at 2:30 pm with our brand new car. During the entire process the customer service we received and the friendliness of the people we dealt was outstanding. These factors including the price of the vehicle we purchased made our overall experience great. We will continue to recommend Flood Ford to all our friends and relatives.

My Review of Flood Ford of East Greenwich:
I purchased my new car about a week and a half ago. April 1. The total process from requesting a call to getting an appointment to see the car was great. I was able to do most of it online and received a call as promised within the time frame they stated.

When I arrived at the dealer I was greated warmly and was able to talk to Ken and we were in the lot in about 10 minutes checking out their inventory. I test drove the car and was able to have Ken evalute my trade in and talk price in a very short time. The whole process of negotiating a price was very painless and easy going. I was able to get the price, financing and paperwork done very quickly. They even offered me to be able to take the car home the same night.

I had a great experience with them and really can say I enjoyed buying my car from them. Their service has been great and the staff were completely friendly and great to deal with. This is what a dealer should be like. I purchase my 2005 Mustang from another dealer in RI and the experience was the complete opposite. That horrible experience led me to Flood Ford and I'm glad it did.

Flood Ford is a great dealership with great people and great service. I would recommend them to anyone interesting in buying a new vehicle.
Mike Lancia was and is my saleman. Even two years after my purchase, I still hear from Mike to see how my car is doing. The Service department is great--they get my car in and out quickly and they do a great job.

My Review of Flood Ford of East Greenwich:
The service department was and has always been very nice to deal with.
My service appointment took three days but they made sure to find the problem I was complaining about. Also the loaner I was given was a great help for me to get back and forth to work and home. I was unable to find someone to meet me to bring the car to take me to pick up the car and I would have had no way of getting around without the loaner. That was a blessing.

My Review of Flood Ford of East Greenwich:
From the moment I walked into the dealer ship, the staff was very pleasant and willing to help, but not over bearing. My personality is such ,if a sales person is hard sell I tend to back away. I was very pleased to see that they can spot type of personalities from just a few minutes of converstion.

I was very pleased to see that once I decided to purchase the vehicle,
I did receive one on one contact, from John (sales person) and the finance director Joe. It was great to think you were the only one in the room.

When it was time to pick up my car, John made sure I knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle and it was super clean and ready to go.

I would not hesitate to refer Flood Flord to anyone I know, personal or business contacts.

My Review of Flood Ford of East Greenwich:
So far, the Flood Ford experience has been excellent. The appointment times have been to my schedule and the time for the service, to my knowldge, has been faster than I expected. I would recommend this Dealership and more importantly, their Service Department. Of note, while waitine for my vehicle to be serviced, I will walk around the Showroom and lot, and if I have any questions, they have been answered. Most places, which is why I purchased my vehicle there, would not answer your questions if you were not their to purchase a vehicle. This is another strong point about Flood Ford! My Daughter can not wait to purchas her first new car, (or used--new to her), at Flood Ford, because she has heard me talk about them.

The Salesman, Reno Selvestri, ( I hope I spelled it correctly) was very helpful and I purchased my vehicle in March of 2008, in the morning and I had it later that day. It was all preped and ready to go!! This is another strong point about Flood Ford. They now have a steady customer ans word of mouth advertiser.

My Review of Flood Ford of East Greenwich:
This was my first time at Flood Ford. It began with my searching the internet, receiving a reply from Michelle, who directed me to John.
John spent much time showing me different vehicles, despite the
freezing cold. He promised to find what I felt would fit my budget,
and he came through with his promise.

I have to applaud everyone at Flood for their friendliness. I found
the entire complex very orderly.

Now to my purchase. I went from a Lincoln Town Car to a Ford Taurus.
I loved my Lincoln, but I must admit I truly am happy with the Taurus.
We just spent a month in Florida. The Taurus gave us a very comfortable
ride, and it registered 27 miles to the gallon. I spent every morning polishing it and drove home just prior to the snowstorm, so it's dirty
now.

I had contacted several Ford dealers in CT and RI in an effort to purchase a truck (Ford F-150). Prior to contacting these dealers I had gone to the Ford.com website where I was given a price (MSRP). Flood Ford was the ONLY dealer who matched the price quoted by Ford.com. I was very happy with my treatment at this dealership and I have already recommended this dealership to two of my friends who are planning on a car purchase.
