My Review of Flow Chevrolet Inc:
I took delivery on a GM part that was missing ALL mounting hardware and install instruction sheet. The box was obviously opened and re-taped shut before it reached me. Strange since the part was deemed 'Special Order' and 'NOT Returnable'.
Now I'm $120+ out of pocket for a piece someone else returned and I will have NO USE for. No phone number available to get answers. I've been emailing them for WEEKS to no avail. Being ignored only adds insult to injury!!!!!!!!!!
My advice (and I hope it's not too late): Stay away from these incompetent/ignorant Sons-of-Bit**hes. Have a Nice Day.

My Review of Flow Chevrolet Inc:
I ordered an intake gasget over two weeks ago. No phone number available to ask what happened. order status says "on order." No shit! They won't answer my email. Apparently there is no way to cancel order either. I am going to order from summit. they will have it here tomorrow. Do not order anything from these jokers, they suck. If they are that backlogged then they should "HIRE SOME MORE HELP"! Management is apparently out to lunch.

My Review of Flow Chevrolet Inc:
I ordered parts over the internet on 10.14.06 as of 10.21.06 they have not responded to any o my e mail inquiries regarding order status, nor have I been able to speak to a live person. There is no place on the web site to cancel the order, and you can't get anyone to respond.
