I needed new transmission. .My Outback had to be towed to the dealership. Within several hours I heard from Chris a service advisor. I'm 74 and don't understand a lot about cars .My Outback had to be towed to the dealership. Within several hours I heard from Chris a service advisor. I live 45 miles from this dealership but will drive there now for any oil changes or service...not only on my Outback but my Volvo, as well..The service was excellent. Communication was excellent.
