My Review of Flow VW:
I had dealt with the previous owner of this particular dealership since purchasing a VW Rabbit in 1976. My experience was satisfactory, and indeed, when it was managed by John Linkous, extraordinary. When I arrived at their Service Department for prescheduled work, as it turned out, I had broken my ankle while running earlier that day. Not only did the service people transport me to and from the doctor's, and then brought my vehicle, serviced to my home, they called the following week to see how I was. That is service, friends.<br><br>My experience with Flow VW, which purchased the Linkous dealership has been disappointing, at best. I am presently waiting to have the lock cylinder replaced on my Passat - they DID call to leave a message that the part had arrived, but I have left three messages in as many days on their voice mail and finally received a return after placing the call at 1:00 AM, clearly angry. That is NOT service, in my estimation.
