Don't bother going here unless your VW is only a few years old. The service department pretty much scoffs at anything older. This place wants to sell you a new car not fix your old one. After waiting three plus hours for an oil change and license plate light on my VW i was told by Tom that my one side of my car's license plate light was rusted out and he could not get the part and to "call a junk yard".... I paid cash for my oil change $120.00 - so while I paid I guess he decided to cross his name off my Issued warning ticket - stating that my repair was done. Only realized this once I got home. What a xxxxxx- the light is fine with one and works fine! Why he felt the need to do that is beyond me. I had to go to pay another mechanic to have it signed. To top it off my Father sends his 2002 BMW to Flynn when it dies three weeks later. Had only I known to warn him first! They had his car for ten days while "waiting on a part" hello Fedex?!- ten days he rented a car at cost to him. He finally got it back and it wouldn't start the very next day! Took it to a local non dealer turns out they replaced the wrong part?! Replaced the ignition when it was the fuel pump all along. UGH..... where did they find these mechanics? Are they even qualified to fix a anything?

A cluster from day 1. Lance is not knowledgeable of the BMW, did not follow up on my questions, I did it myself. After purchasing the vehicle, i had to hsve my wn detailing done! and getting any service done Is a joke. Been waiting since before purchase (which took a week) to have a dent fixed. I'm returning the car.

I've bought six Volkswagens in the last twelve years from Flynn's. They are just the best in the business! My salesman Bill Wanat and Tony in the Service Dept are simply second to none. Steve Leach is also wonderful to work with. This is the first Dealership that I've been to that doesn't pressure you. Whether you are buying a BMW, or a VW it simply does not matter. They are courteous and warm. The Dealership is always spotless. They also have a wonderful hospitality station there. I look forward to going there for my service. They are friendly and caring. I also love going there to buy my cars. There is no other Dealership, or manufacturer that I would ever consider. Once you take a VW for a test drive, you'll be hooked for life! Throw Flynn Volkswagen in the mix and you've got a winning combination!

The Flynn dealership left a very good impression on my husband and me. The showroom was neat and well organized. Our salesperson, Patrick Wolf, was very friendly, caring, and worked for us so that we felt good about getting the best deal possible.

We had looked at the Tiguan at another dealer, but decided to compare prices. Flynn VW saved us quite a bit of money over the other dealership. Patrick Wolf was very knowledgeable about all of the car's many attributes. He made sure that we were shown and were comfortable with the car's extensive computer system, driving controls, etc. And he did so in an unrushed, friendly manner.

What impressed us most was Pat's thorough knowledge of the car. Any question we had, he was able to answer in depth. We are happy with our new "Tig", and we are pleased to have done business with Flynn VW and Patric Wolf.

Overall, Flynn's is a fabulous dealership - by far the only auto dealership in the area that I would chose to deal with. They are very reliable, friendly, reality-based and honest. The salesmen are extremely professional and are very informative. I drove both a BMW and an Audi before deciding on the Audi and the salesmen cooperated completely providing me with the necessary information to make a decision - I did not feel pressured. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and professional - he was able to explain the updates in the 2012 autos and demonstrate the advances(my previous car was almost ten years old. He was also patient and thorough. Overall it was a very positive experience. My husband and I both will be loyal customers to the dealership.

Patrick waa extremely knowledgeable and explained very succinctly every detail of my new Tiguan and of the purchase agreement. He is very pleasant and it was my pleasure doing business with him. When I first visited the dealership, I was researching three different vehicles that I was interested in. Patrick was extremely helpful and informative when it came to explaining the features of these vehicles. Not all of them were on the lot at the same time, so I needed to make several visits before I was able to view them all. Patrick kept me informed as each vehicle arrived on the lot so I could check them out. After about four months, I made my decision and placed an order for my car. Patrick kept me up to date with the timing of the car's arrival and was always quick to respond to my inquiries. I could not ask for a more attentive and professional sales representative. He was NEVER pushy and I like that.

Flynn's dealership is a very professional operation. The staff was friendly, honest, and helpful. I worked with Patrick Wolf who helped me understand the mechanical and economic differences between the cars in the lot and then choose which one would be right for me. This is the 6th vehicle that we have acquired from this dealership over the years. The reasons we keep returning are the quality of the vehicles, the friendliness and flexibility of the dealership as a whole, the product/mufacturer knowledge and attention to detail of the staff, and the overall "family" feel of the business. We always feel welcome, yet never feel pressured. Patrick is the most product knowledgeable representative we've ever dealt with....and that's saying alot, as everyone at Flynn's is "..on the ball." As licensed professionals,let alone average consumers,we would highly recommed this dealership to anyone seeking quality attention.
