During my visit to Folger Kia East I felt that Cassie Branch had a great personality. She worked to the best of her ability to get me a car that fit in my price range. I felt that my experience with Cassie Branch was a very good one. If anyone wanted a car I would recommend Folger Kia East to them.

On Memorial Day, I came into the dealership with my family. I was inquiring about a Kia Soul. We were greeted and treated exceptional the whole time we were there. Frank and Cassie were amazing! As a newly college grad, I wanted an affordable car with affordable payments and Cassie helped make that possible. Cassie and Frank made the whole process easy and pain-free! I truly appreciate them and will definitely recommend people to this dealership and especially to seek out Cassie and Frank!

I purchased a used 2009 Kia Rio on May 6, 2013;--- 13 days after buying the car I had a small issue with the car. Now, I know when you buy a used car, you buy it "AS IS" and any problems you have are on you. Well, I emailed Cassie that night to tell her about the car, I got a reply back right away the next morning. I was expecting her reply to be " Sorry, it's a used car and you bought it "AS IS". The reply I received was, "bring the car in after 10am" Cassie said nothing about the car being used or it was not their problem. I dropped the car off at service, they called and told with what was wrong with the car and how much it would be to repair it. They asked me what was a fair price to pay for the repair. After service spoke with Cassie they came back with the bill on what I needed to pay. Cassie, Josh and the Service Manager took very good care of me. Again, I was not expecting them to do anything but give a bill. I was very please with my bill and very pleased with my service.

This is why I stated in my survey that CASSIE IS AWESOME... This showed me that Cassie was not out just to make a sale, but she cares about her customers and will do what she can to make sure your service with Folger Kia East is OUTSTANDING.

We have to say on the scale of 1 to 10, they are far more than a 10! They are awesome. They went above and beyond for us and we have never experienced that scale of excellence ever at any dealership we have ever been to. These people are not just a dealership or sales people . They so impressed us because they remembered who we were and even though we were back and forth, Folgers Kia closed the deal. Even up to the day we signed the papers, what they don't know is we had another dealership competing for our service. The other dealership made the error in not responding to us then when they did, because of the excellence in people skills we went with Kia. The other dealership was just as competitive price wise, even a little cheaper but because of the great experience and the feel we got every time we walked in the place, we decided to go with Kia. I love my new car, it is the first new one I have ever had and I could not be more pleased. Also I had broke my key chain in the dealership and I left with my new Kia Soul and a new key chain. It was thelittle things that will keep us coming back there. We need our own box of business cards to hand out because we will definately tell everyone we know and recommend the dealership to all. These people are true family and do not act like they are so far above you that you can't talk to them. Thanks all of you again !!!!!! WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE FOLGERS KIA !!!!!!

Well, where do I start. Cassie Branch is awesome. I spoke with Cassie and I told her what I was looking and the price I wanted to pay. She got back to me right away with a vehicle. There was no pressure from her and the service she gave went above and beyond customer service. My daughter thought she was the coolest person. I was not pressured into buying from Cassie and the greatest thing I liked was they did not play games with me. Everything was explained to me what could and could not be done. Cassie didn't get my hopes up high about buying the car and then pulled the rug from underneath me. I was looking for a car a few months ago and briefly spoke with Cassie. I ended up buying from another dealership and now I'm SORRY Cassie and I didn't connect quicker. The placed I purchased the car from kept playing games and had me there for about 6 hours. Cassis had me the out way before that. Everyone that I came in contact with made me feel welcome. I purchased the car for my daughter and Cassie made sure it was a safe and reliable vehicle. My daughter LOVES the Car. I couldn't wait to tell everyone at home and work the great experience I had. I was passing out business cards like they were lottery tickets. Companies need more employees like Cassie. Great Customer Service is no more.. Great Customer Service Is Cassie Branch. My next car will be purchased by Cassie...
