My Review of Ford of Bellevue:
Experience of buying through their internet sales person was great. I got a great deal on a car that other dealers didn't have. Ashley, the internet sales director was wonderful to work with. Followed up after the sale and was helpful throughout.

Pros: Great selection of Mustangs; best deal I could find around; good customer service.

Cons: some of the managers there will still play hard ball with you, but that's somewhat expected from me.

My Review of Ford of Bellevue:
It took 3 tries and they still couldn't fix a rear hatch closure problem on my new Taurus wagon. The service was incompetent and they sales department from whom I bought the car was pushy and insistent. I'll NEVER go back to any AutoNation.com owned facility. Instead I recommend highly Bill Pierre Ford in Seattle where I have taken the car for the rear hatch latch and the recall work.
