My Review of Ford of Coral Gables:
Traded my Chrysler for a Ford in February 2007. They prepared the leasing contract incorrectly twice. Did not obtain leasing approval until June 2007 due to errors in paperwork. It is August 1, 2007, and the payoff for the Chrysler is lost. I have been paying for the Chrysler (even though not in my posetion), and now paying for the new car. Their officials lie, and do not put an effort in resolving this issue.

Do not visit their dealership!!!!!

My Review of Ford of Coral Gables:
I was asked to wait by the sales person, waited for over 40 minutes, and then when I peeked into his office, I was told "never interrupt me AGAIN!".
I have never been treated so rudely. I complained to Ford, and to the dealership owner. While Ford apologized, the dealer staff was unresponsive.
Terrible place.

My Review of Ford of Coral Gables:
When I called with a warranty issue (transmission prob) for my 2004 Explorer, I was told "we're really busy today, call some other day. We don't make appointments...first come, first serve only."

That's supposed to make me confident that they'll fix it?? I went to World Ford in Kendall...great service, very friendly.
