My Review of Ford of Kirkland:
After spending $700 on a 60000 tune up and complaining the heater didn't work, the service advisor told us that the "heater was clogged" and quoted nearly $1000 to fix it. Our mistake for not asking questions, but my husband commented that we didn't need the heater since it was summer and they let him drive out without giving him any further information.

Shortly after our engine overheated, blowing the head gasket and cracking the engine block. Our car engine was completely unfixable, and the only option was to replace the engine. They failed to educate us that the HEATER CORE was blocked and this could cause complete engine failure.

This is the best dealership i have ever been to!!!
the atmosphere is wonderful, it really seems like everyone that works there are friends. I feel no pressure whatsoever when i walk thought the door. The ONLY dealership i have ever been to that has a deli and the nicest Deli lady i have ever met. The sales team is nothing but helpful and do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable. The service department is the best around and i can always rely on them. i would NEVER go anywhere else!

Hi my name is James,

I recommend ford of kirkland because I have bought 3 cars from them and every car has been one of the greatest i've owned, but that's not the only reason why I think they are a great dealership. Its also because I service all of my cars by them and although I think they have a great sales team, I think they have the BEST service department.

Ford of Kirkland, led by GM Jim Walen, provides an outstanding example of what a good dealership should be. I have credit issues, and Jim and his entire staff went out of their way to help me. I thought I'd be going in feeling like an outcast, but Jim's team, rather than making me feel like a social outcast, made me feel welcome and valued. My buying experience was outstanding; rather than spending the entire day at the dealership as I expected, I was in and out within just a few hours, driving a new car at an incredible interest rate. I am a customer for life.
