My Review of Ford of Pompano:
Their service is lousy. They tried to overcharge me by $1600.00 went to a reputable service company and paid only $296.00 fr the same service. Also, they broke my window while fixing my A/C and I had to fight to have them replace. The General Manager is rude and disrespectful to his clcientscustomers. Am due to buy a new Explorer and am driving 45 minutes out of my way to buy it at another dealership! Also, I sent letter to Ford.

My Review of Ford of Pompano:
Went here for a factory recall and would you believe they cracked my dash board and still will not fix it? The manager basically told me that it was my word versus theirs. Some customer service. I come from a family of Ford buyers but I can see myself and the rest of my family converting to Chevy buyers if the situation does not resolve itself.
