I highly recommend BMW owners to have their car serviced here whenever they are in the Palm Beach, FL area. They do a great job repairing your car and their repair rates are more reasonable than the local BMW dealer shops. I recently had repairs performed on my suspension and engine belt/tensioner assembly and my car runs like new (it has over 106k miles). It no longer makes a squeaky noise while I'm idling. And Klaus and Frank are very accommodating.

I bought a 2010 Mercedes E350 from Jonathan. 3 year old car looks and runs like brand new. Service was excellent and people were very friendly. Nothing at all what you would expect from a used car dealer. No sleazy sales people. When the time comes to get my next car, I will definitely check with them again.

The process of buying a new vehicle can seem overwhelming, but my experience was just the opposite at Foreign Affairs Auto.

From the moment I called the dealership and spoke with the General Manager Jonathan Ortiz regarding a vehicle I saw on their lot ; he was very knowledgeable and informative about their inventory. Jonathan was always pleasant , professional and I never felt pressured. I work for a company that demands excellent Customer Service and you begin to expect that same level of service from other companies.

I have had my car for one month now and really like the car and wanted to share my sales experience. Steve was very nice and professional with me and my husband. He knew the car in and out when he showed it to me. This is my first luxury car and I know that it will not be the last. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. This was my first visit for service. And I was very impressed. My appointment was for 9:30 AM. And as soon as I checked in my car was immediately brought in for service and was completed within the one hour estimate that Klaus gave me. Everyone was pleasant and very accommodating even providing me with a delicious cappuccino while I waited. Klaus even gave me a discount even though my coupon wasn't applicable. It is a pleasure going to a place of business where you are treated well and the staff is courteous, pleasant and efficient. My only regret is not coming to them sooner. I highly recommend them. I always go to Foreign Affairs whenever I need service on my BMW. I am a full-time college student, so I have a very limited schedule as well as a very limited budget. The staff are always friendly and available to help with anything I need. I went in for service on Saturday March 2, 2013, I had no appointment and they were very welcoming. I dropped off my car and went to run some errands. My car is always so clean when I pick it up and I have told all my friends at school about Foreign Affairs. I love the little discount when you check-in on facebook.
