My Review of Fort Morgan Auto Center:
I have never been treated the way I was treated at The Fort Morgan Auto Center. At first they tried to rip me off on my trade in, and then they refused to budge on the price and they tried every tired car dealer trick in the book to get me to buy. Including the one where they supposedly try to talk the sales manager down on the price and leave you sitting there for ten minutes at a time. They were probably talking about the weather, sports or about how they were going to try to screw me over. The good cop bad cop routine was so obvious it was pathetic.
They kept trying to sell me a car with none of the options I wanted and I know that they did not take me seriously because of my age. I may just be 28 but I'm no sucker. I even gave them a second chance after I got my loan approved through my bank and didn't offer up a trade in the second time around. And they STILL treated me like dirt.
After that, I went online got some prices on the car I wanted from some Denver dealerships, contacted a dealership that had the exact car I wanted at the exact price I wanted to pay. And one day later I was driving my new Pontiac Solstice.
If this dealership continues it's tactics with people my age they will eventually fail. My generation is internet savvy and most of them are like me and have little or no patience for pointless and futile mind games. I will make it a point to discourage anyone from even going within 20 feet of this dealership.
