My Review of Fox Chevrolet of Timonium:
My overall experience with this dealership has ended on a sour note, due the fact that they sold me a 2004 vehicle that will not pass Washington DC inspection, given that two of the tires on the vehicle are worned down pretty bad; they are not willing to replaced the tires for me as they say that it passed Maryland inspection so the hell with you and by the way thanks for your money. I have brought cars from other Fox dealership before, which I have had a great experience prior to dealing with them, yet this dealership who so call pride themselves on "customer satsifaction guaranteed" are not willing to help resolve this issue, so that I can take my vehicle thru inspection, I feel that their slogan is under false pretense which is truly disappointing.

My Review of Fox Chevrolet of Timonium:
Got me in same day I called and were friendly. They were accomodating for the most part. Only bad thing was their service price. They quoted me 1K to replace a wheel bearing, turn a rotor and new breakpads but said it could be done in an hour. So unless they are paying their service guys over $200 an hour they overcharged me. Needless to say I got the job done at JB's Shop in Bel Air for $660.

I also purchased a Tahoe from them. Sales experience was ok. Had to negotiate and made them work to get my 4-year payment down to what I could afford. In the end they did. Had the Tahoe serviced there and they did a decent job.

I would recommend to someone who is willing to negotiate with them. I would recommend service as long as you don't mind paying more for their service.
